The lady at the breakfast was very nice. The only one.
The lack of interest and sympathy of the rest of the staff. The stairs to the first floor have no light. Our bathroom was dirty.

We had a very nice stay at Sa Voga. The rooms were clean and spacious, the garden and the pool are very original, very close to shops and the beach. Staff members were amazing and the breakfast was fabulous!
Nothing.

The whole hotel was designed beautifully with an eye for detail. The breakfast was fresh, balanced and you could choose between multiple options.

Clean comfortable hotel, quirky, but in a really good way- different from the normal hotel experience. Lots of nice touches like photos of Arenys on each door, plants & herbs in planters everywhere, eco friendly toiletries, etc. Thoroughly recommended!
Did a good breakfast with great choice, but everything came with scrambled egg. Asked if we could have fried egg and we're told NO! Don't understand this as they have a restaurant. Also, I didn't like having to choose my breakfast the night before and having to specify a time to eat it! I was on holiday- surely the choice of what I want to eat on the day and time I want to eat it should be mine, within certain times of course!

My partner and I stayed for eight days and my daughters and their partners for three days. The purpose of our trip was to go to the F1. Arenys de Mar proved an excellent location for getting to the F1 track this year. The hotel was very well situated within Arenys - walking distance to station, near the beach, walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops.
The cleanliness and house keeping were exceptional. The rooms were quirky but nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shaded patio and small pool were lovely. We were particularly appreciative of the help with booking parking for the F1 and the two complementary massages were lovely. We felt very much at home in the hotel.
We did not like the breakfast or it’s presentation but there were lots of coffee shops close by.

Doesnot have a 4 star look and feel especially given the prices paid. Looks more like a bed and breakfast.
No reception to speak off, as a guest you don't feel very welcome although the one person staff does it best.
Restaurant looked sad so we did not used it and breakfast was mediocre.
Parkingspace below the hotel is dangerous (slippery and steep slope) and should really come with a warning.

Kindness of the staff, quality of attention, cosy atmosphere, nice decoration and rooms.
The menu at the restaurant should be also in Spanish because it is only available in Catalan.

The hotel was very clean, there was a great complimentary breakfast with a lot of options, and the view from the balcony was beautiful it overlooked the pool. The hotel was about 5/10 minutes walking distance to the beach and train station. There were many places nearby to sit and have a drink or enjoy a nice dinner nearby.
We were not informed of the pet deposit (150€) until arriving and also there was a pet fee of 15€ per dog per night. The night crew of the hotel were not very friendly, they didn’t say hello or acknowledge us at all. The checkout crew wasn’t very friendly either. However, the first woman who checked us in( Friday about 3pm) was very friendly and gave us recommendations on where to eat nearby. The swimming pool was very shallow and more of a wading pool than something to swim in but still very pretty. Overall, the stay was really good, just a friendly staff would help this place be better.

The hotel is very well located, we arrived by train and only had to walk for 5 minutes to get there. If you leave the hotel and turn right, you get to the Church Square, and if you turn left it's less than a minute walk to the main street, full of shops and restaurants.
The staff was really pleasant and attentive, always ready to help, and the hotel itself is very nice, with different options to lounge, get a massage and just relax.
We did quite a lot of walking around, but also had the chance of relaxing in the room. The last day, before checking out, we actually enjoyed some time just reading by the window after breakfast, it was a Sunday morning and everything was very quiet. The rrom itself was big enough, with a long desk at the entrance, small fridge, TV, nice lounging sofa and very comfortable bed. The shower was nice, with different settings.
Overall, we were looking for a quick weekend getaway to relax, and both the town and the hotel did the trick perfectly.
Our room was on the first floor and overlooked the narrow street where the hotel is. There is a small pub just accross the street with tables below the hotel windows; the first night we had to alternate opening the windows and switching on the air-con, as the noise from people at the tables was a bit loud and it was very hot. Luckily, the pub closed ar 00.30 due to the restrictions. The second night there was a storm, so the patrons left much earlier and the noise wasn't an issue. To be fair, we arrived on a Friday afternoon in Summer, I don't think this would be such an issue at a different time of the week or the year.

the staff was wonderful, caring and helpful, the beach was 5 min by food, bars, shops and restaurants around the corner, we had a big room, lots of space
I fell in love with the breakfast on the photos and it was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel..... well thanks to Covid the breakfast was different, not their fault, though, also spa was closed, Internet wasn't strong enough for Zoom meetings even they really tried all to fix it for us.

The room was amazing, really nicely designed with a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi on it. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean and doing great health and security measures for the current situation happening. Would recommend to anyone who wanted a trip to the maresme coast. Thank you very much hotel Sa Voga!

Our stay at Sa Voga was absolutely Ok.
It's located in the old city center and that's good for visiting Arenys.
The breakfast was great. I actually think we had "too much" to eat... :)
The place is cosy and well decorated.
Recommended for a short stay or a stopover (check parking availability!)
As always catalan staff was very welcoming with my kids also.
It's a bit too much nested into the city centre
