Haven of tranquility

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated like long- lost friends, such an exceptional welcome!! The staff are absolutely charming, the place is spotless, and the food exceptional. Can highly recommend Tissa's Inn, and location wise, it's perfect.

Great location to see Fort Kochi with super friendly and helpful staff and brilliant food.

The staff were excellent. The ladies on the front desk were very helpful and always smiling and happy. The chef was brilliant. He helped us with our selection of food and suggested complementary side dishes and everything we ate was delicious and freshly cooked for us. The inn is well located and clean and the pool is a little oasis after a hot day sightseeing. People should know that they don’t sell alcohol on the premises but it’s close to other places that do so it’s not really a problem.

The Wi-Fi was a bit variable in our room and the hot water was intermittent but they were only very minor issues and would not stop us from highly recommending the inn to others.

If you are in Kochi, stay here - you will not regret it. Great location. Lovely beds. Restaurant will make any food to your taste. Well air-conditioned rooms. staff are super helpful

Lovely property

Lovely property, tastefully decorated and has great service and good food. All the facilities were great and super friendly staff - especially the chef who went out of his way to serve us.

Lovely relaxing stay

Fantastic property. Tasty breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bed, good toiletries and towels. Extremely clean and well kept. Great swimming pool and rooftop area. attentive staff who were so helpful when I was ill while there and went above and beyond to arrange onward travel for me. A pleasure to stay.

Good value comfortable hotel in Fort Cochi

Excellent location in Fort Kochi, close to all the local sights. made very welcome on arrival, easy checking and nice rooms. All very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good, although wasn’t made clear all options available.

Wish every place was like this

Breakfast was nice, loved the fruits! Staff were super courteous and accommodating, helping us with every query we had. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Great authentic experience with prime location and delicious breakfast, without bells and whistles.

The staff was lovely and attentive and helpful. The food was delicious - we loved the breakfast with all of the freshly made to order options.

The bed unfortunately was a bit hard, and there are no shower curtains so the bathroom gets soaked after anyone showers.

Will repeat the stay despite the shortcomings

The breakfast could be better in terms of the range offered.

The bathroom should have a shower cubicle so that the water doesn’t spill and soil the floor. The wifi is not present in the room. The TV has very limited channels, didn’t matter since we are not big TV watchers. No wifi is a bit strange considering that we live in a connected world.

Fantastic

Great breakfast with fantastic service always with a smile and happy to help. One of the only places we stayed in India which didn't try and force us to use cash to avoid tax or something, very happy to take card. Most of all really the staff were fantastic and always ready to help. In a great position within Kochi it's easy to walk to most of the tourist sites.

I enjoyed my time

A wonderful stay. The staff are so friendly and made me feel welcomed the whole time. The food is delicious. I would recommend staying if you are a solo traveler as well.

The wifi could be stronger but other than that, everything was lovely.

Best location to stay in Fort kochi.

Rooms were very clean, staffs were friendly, good response on requests. Suitably located in Fort kochi. All transports, prime locations are near by(within 2 kms). Highly recommended for those who likes to spend some quality holiday time and visit local attractions by walk.

Their restaurant is closed now( except for breakfast).It was due to recent covid lockdowns. However there are some near by restaurants.
