Functional as it served the purpose of my visit

Great location with access to a mall (Lulu's) as well as metro. Public transport available all times.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Property is not that much as in the pictures to pay.

Not that much good what i expected. it is not look like same as in the pictures. Property is much expensive and most of services were not there as mentioned. No hairdryer and washing machine at the apartment. Fridge was very dirty and ourselves cleaned it.

Location is excellent. Right next to metro and Lulu mall. Clean and comfortable and especially good if you get a balcony on the higher floors.

Bit pricey, you could find better deals elsewhere.

Clean rooms with good linen and basic amenities, extremely good AC, wonderful location. Continental and modern menu. Wonderful front desk service. Friendly and accommodative people

The individual rooms were part of a 3 bedroom suite, that was not mentioned in the website. Also quite small in size. I had booked expecting a balcony as provided in the app pictures for deluxe double room. We were taken to an apartment and given one of the three bedrooms which didnt have a balcony, so we requested for one with a balcony, which was the neighbouring room. It still felt odd as there isnt any privacy in the common areas of the apartment (which has a hall and larger balcony overlooking the city) as there are other guests using the remaining 2 bedrooms walking in and out.

It was a beautiful hotel with excellent staffs

The stay, hotel and food were amazing. The place was very and beautiful. Specially Mr, Farhan was one of the best hotel staff. From dollar changing to valentines day celebration, he made everything easier. Laimar suits is highly recommended. will surely choose the hotel over and over again.

Beautiful city views, excellent location, friendly staff. Housekeeping needs more professionalism.

The location was outstanding. Just opposite Lulu Mall. Metro station close by. Lot of dining options in the vicinity. From the balcony one gets an enchanting view of the city.

1.Initially, room given was not properly done up. Bedsheet was probably not replaced. Although a double room, there was only one water glass and one towel. While kettle and tea pouches were kept, there were no tea cups. On pointing out the deficiencies, however, we were then given another room which was much better. 2. The TV in the room has only free to air local channels. The card kept in the room says if you want to watch a channel of your choice, the guest has to pay for it. For a 3000/- plus tariff room, this is ridiculous. and can be treated as deficiency in service.

Value for money and conveniently located.

Laimar is very conveniently located, especially if you have shopping to get done. It has a basement parking which is very convenient especially if you have your own car.

The rooms need a bit of maintenance, the linen and towels were a bit worn out and need a refurbishment.

Proximity to Lulu mall

Lack of cleanliness. We've stayed 2 days in 3 bedroom apartment. I belive they are providing 3 bedrooms separately and the common facilities like living room and kitchen shared. The entrance of the apartment was not able to lock from inside and no keys are given to us while check in. We had to repeatedly ask them to provide the key for the main door. One of the bathroom was dirty and the door was not able to lock. The bath towels were dirty and not clean. Breakfast was average. The pictures in the booking.com is old one. Families please consider twice before booking this apartment.
