Comfortable hotel, very courteous staff, good location, next to LuLu and reasonable price

Chef Mahabir was very attentive, and his food was excellent. Vivek Singh looked after us in the restaurant and made us feel very welcome.

The lobby was somewhat overcrowded and noisy and a bit daunting when one first enters the hotel! Perhaps, your coffee house can be removed and the lobby made bigger. Just a suggestion.

We are looking for the next trip to spend more time,

Breakfast - excellent spread. meets with everybody's requirements, Dinner at the Kerala restaurant : Excellent food and very courteous staff and beyond expectation. We hope to spend more time at the hotel during our next trip.

Pleasant stay with excellent food.

Location was good. Central and half way point to the main shopping on MG road and the aiport. Its a very busy hotel. Lots of goings on. The buffet breakfast was simply excellent. Big and a very tasty spead. The chefs always wanting your opinion of the food and wanting to get it right if it isn't up to par. We had a very pleasant stay. Thanks

Not something that I Didint like. But just a note ; the hotel is not connected to the Lullu Mall. However the hotel does provide a buggy service, to and fro.

A perfect location and a perfect stay

Location - 10/10. Next to Lulu Mall Options in Breakfast and Dinner - 10/10 Cassava restaurant is a must visit as they serve the best fish. Rooms were big and clean with all the required amenities. Gym was big well maintained. Thanks to Arup for taking care of us. Special thanks to Aakif at the front desk

Staff at restaurants are quite courteous and service oriented. They are well trained on how to serve the customers. Location of hotel is very convenient

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Took 3 rooms for 5 nights. Very friendly and helpful staffs - they are ever willing to extend assistance and make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Great rooms and breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Lulu Mall and Metro station. Close to the city centre and airport.
