The facilities were good, the entertainment and staff were great and really friendly. The pools were clean and had plenty of sun loungers. It was lovely having our own private terrace areas, the shower was great and the air con worked well.
The bedroom needed a bit of maintenance but overall felt clean, it was also smaller than I expected. There was plenty of food and a huge variety, we particularly enjoyed the themed dinners. The food was not the most amazing quality but still enjoyable nonetheless.

Staff was nice and very accommodating.
The way the breakfast/dinning room was organised was a bit messy. Good variety, but the quality could be better. I would rather have less options and a decent coffee. Coffee was not up to the expectation. Little options for celiacs.
The villas were ok, but the storage space was not enough.
Rooms were clean, but the common areas in the villas were not (the inner corridor that leads to each room was not swept for days, full of leaves, and the same for the pateos)

Very Clean and specious. Lovely bunch of staffs. Especially Costa, Laura, Andrea, Nadia, Akshay, Isabel, Hassan, bran and the lady in the dining reception. Very kid’s friendly. We had our daughters birthday celebration there and they have supported us massively. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back as arnie says 😁

I liked the buffet there was lots of food to choose from. We went half board and had breakfast and dinner in there every night
The room said it had a double bed but it wasn't it was 2 single beds pushed together which was really uncomfortable. The 2 single beds used to drift apart and I'd find myself falling down the middle. I also didn't like how cold the pools were. I choose this hotel because it said that it had a heated swimming pool but all the pools were freezing cold. I choose this hotel so I could take my 5 month old baby swimming and the pools were too cold for her to go in. The pools were empty because of this. The room where the evening entertainment is was set out like a theatre so if there was a group of you it wasn't the best way to be sat as you are in a row rather than been sat round a table so you can chat aswell as watch the shows.

I really liked only one thing, that is the SPA. Clean, cozy, beautiful... nice pool. several different saunas. Pleasant, friendly staff. Inside, they have water, tea, you don't need to go out for tea.
To tell the truth, the only good thing about this hotel is the staff, friendly, helpful people... just not very lucky with the workplace.
In principle, I very rarely give bad reviews, but guys, listen...
1. Food. Tasteless, poor quality (like, for example, tomatoes with mold), I really felt sick after some dinners;
2. I will never understand a hotel where I cannot order coffee or tea during dinner. Ok, make it $20 for client.... I dont understand why can't I have coffee with dessert?
3. ...ok, there was coffee in the morning... but on some days, out of several coffee machines, only one worked. and she was, just... by the way, the coffee tastes disgusting.
4. There was a black mold in our hotel room on the bathroom walls, which most likely lives there because there is no normal ventilation in the bathrooms.
5. ...then it was even more interesting, my daughter turned 11 during her stay... and what do you think she got as a gift from the hotel? champagne!! :D are you serious, everything is fine with your management? Thank you for your attention, but what should I do if my 11-year-old daughter does not drink alcohol yet?
in principle, I think more or less I have expressed my opinion, I will not go into details, I think everything is clear about my opinion...

Was great for kids lively activities
Breakfast was same every day its 15 min walk to playa central one bartender think suzette was her name was very rude on number of occasions but other than that your are lovely and helpful would recommend the sheets to be cleaned better even when changed had stains and was obvious stains in the rooms that need looking at but enjoyed our stay

The service at check in and by the waiters and waitresses.
Its not as fancy as the pictures. You cannot upgrade when travelling with children. You cannot even use their tea or coffee facilities when you are on standard service, but you cannot upgrade either. Far too many mosquitos and tiny bugs, and only got a bug spray after calling in. The so called dinner buffet, which we had part of our deal doesnt include drinks. (Even soft drinks-you pay extra). The bath tub is high and wide, so was hard getting into. No lighting near the bath tub, so was a little harder to have a bath later in the evening. The air con only worked half the time. The windows cannot be opened and left unattended, as its a large window, so was adviced as not safe, so you couldnt even leave it opened at night. But the air con also was not enough to produce enough air to the bedroom. The room was not clean, as it had balls of hair here and there. So overall was disappointed with the stay.

nice pools and food
short of everything, not enough pillows for everyone, courtesy room appalling, some staff rude and unhelpful, excuse for everything was ‘we are fully booked’

The hotel was very clean and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there was a great selection of foods. Brilliant activities for both adults and children all day.
Some of the cups and plates in the restaurant weren't very clean after the dishwasher.
