This villa is absolutely fantastic, I didn't read the reviews until I got back and I was shocked to see how poor some of them are. From my experience they are out dated reviews as the villa I stayed in was beautiful and clean. Better than the photos. Great location to local shops and restaurants. We did rent a car from the air port but if I'm honest it's not necessary.
The villa had everything that was advertised if not more. We also received a welcome pack which had Water, Wine, Coffee and sugars etc. There was a big bowel of fresh fruit on the dining room table also. Looking at previous reviews it seems that there was some construction work going on perhaps building a hotel which has now been build which you can see from the villa but your being over looked at all and have all the privacy you need by the pool.
I would 100% recommend this villa (Villa A)
I will be returning at some point In the near future.

Beautiful and modern villa and ideally placed location wise being only a 5 minute walk away from the Rubicon Marina and 10 minute walk from the Main Street. On arrival a stunning welcome basket of fruit, drinks and general basics to start the holiday with …. Certainly well and above what was expected. With a little more effort from the owner and management team (and rewording of the villa amenities) this really could become a place we would highly recommend.
The advertisement of this property is both misleading and false and needs to be updated by both the owner and Booking.com. Firstly there is NO sea view from this villa which given it was one of the selling points for us has left us feeling mis-sold. (I imagine there was a sea view several years ago before they built the large hotel directly opposite!) Secondly it states parking is available, this is ONLY available in Villa A and we were assigned Villa B which does not have parking (so once again mis-sold). It should say parking is available on the street opposite the Villa.
The Villa offered pool heating but only ever reached 24degrees, we queried this but were advised this was the maximum it reached. (Only 2 degree higher than the sea!) Having stayed at many Villa in Playa Blanca this is certainly the coldest heated pool we have had.)
The communication is poor and is pretty much way too many WhatsApp messages. A simple PDF with all the instructions would be far easier. Also there is a £300 deposit which needs to be sent by Bank Transfer which is both timely and costly if your UK bank charges for international payments. We ended up £35 down on the deposit following bank charges and commission. Like with other bookings I have had in the past I would have rather paid a £35 Insurance fee to cover any damages and provide peace of mind and less hassle than arranging the deposit transfer and the chasing for the repayment back after the holiday.

it was a beautiful villa and had so much potential but unfortunately cheap and worn interiors let the premises down. considering the very high price we paid for this villa this standard is just not acceptable
the property was fine it was the endless useless texts from the house manager that was the main issue and lack of customer service

Beautiful villa, very comfortable and well equipped with many extras and special touches in great location.

Beautiful villa with excellent facilities. Gorgeous pool and pool area.
Bed in the master bedroom uncomfortable. Bed frame itself larger than the mattress that was on it therefore gaps all the way around. Looked like a queen or king bed with double mattress on it.
Air conditioning not fabulous non existent in master bedroom.

Fruit and wine on arrival, property nice and clean. Kitchen clean and had everything we needed. It’s a big property and we had to wait an extra hour before we could enter as they were still cleaning it.
Air con was not efficient for the house, so it was hot. Showers were cold in the mornings and then took a long time to warm up in the evening. A lot of complex instructions sent via WhatsApp that made no sense.

clean, spacious and fantastic facilities
pool was a bit cold on arrival but that soon warmed up. only minor gripe

The villa is advertised as beach front. There is a huge hotel complex being built directly opposite which means there is no view, apart from the cranes….and the concrete. I have given feedback to the manager but there has been no response. If guests are given the information they can make an informed decision about the location versus the view. The owner needs to be honest and transparent about the building works and subsequent noise directly opposite

Lovely fruit and refreshments on arrival
Wi-Fi password would not work. The safe would not open, the man that lets us in did not speak English so he didn’t show us how to use the key safe properly so we couldn’t use it. The water went off twice and we had to wait in for a plumber

Large villa with large pool, parking, Wi-fi, secure. 10min to town centre and 10min to the beach. Sadly the negatives hugely outweigh the positives.
I’m a General Manager of a hotel and trust me when I tell you this property in no way is worth £1000 a week. Pictures are lovely but in reality it was very disappointing. First get ready to transfer a deposit before arrival into a bank account (very strange) we did it and it was returned so not an issue here. After that is completed you get bombarded with whatapp messages and when I say bombarded I mean bombarded. I received 42 messages in one day and then the same amount on arrival day and right after arrival. I had so silence their number to stop the constant messages. We arrived to a bad smell in the kitchen: it smelled like a dead bird. We found out fast that it was the dishwasher that was not cleaned after the last guest with maggots and pieces of rotten meat at the bottom of the dishwasher. It was so bad and disgusting I almost puked. Then we tried to use the coffee pot. Again it was not cleaned after the last guest and we found it with a filter filled with coffee that by then was growing white mould. The property send a cleaner the next day to sort these issues out “next day” After this discovery we inspected every dish in the house. Some utensils had to be washed and same goes for some pots. At this point we were so shocked considering the pandemic we actually cleaned the entire kitchen including the fridge which was also dirty, we then moved to clean the bathrooms and all surfaces inside and outside. Dust was everywhere and floors in the house were filled with crumbs. Don’t get me started on what you will find under the beds. At a £1100 for a week I would expect a spotless villa during normal circumstances. During pandemic I would expected to be doubled in their cleaning efforts. This was not the case and I assure you it is also not the case during normal times. If you can’t keep your villa clean during pandemic you will not have it clean during standard times. Cleaning was way below any par.

The location is great for the marina and playa Blanca. Pool was clean and having pool heating in March was excellent. Plenty of crockery available to use.
It would have been nice to have towels changed during our week stay.

We lived everything . Maria the host was excellent and the fact that we arrived to a host of lovely gifts such as wine, chocolates, fruit and even two gift baskets of toiletaries was so lovely.
The beds were a little uncomfortable but we got used to them
