Fabulous would recommend the villa and it’s position near the marina

The property was in a great location, quiet but handy for the marina close to restaurants/bars. The villa was well equipped and in a peaceful location

Only issue was the WiFi which kept dropping

Great trip, we will be back.

The villas is equipped with everything you need and more. Very clean, spacious, modern and great location.

Pool a little chilly however this was fully expected given the time of year.

Wonderful Villa

Fantastic location, really well furnished and extremely comfortable. An easy 15 minute walk to the Marina and a few minutes to two supermarkets and a delightful cafe / bar. Really good communication with the owner made everything so easy. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely go back.

The pool is cold no matter how warm it is outside and is quite deep so shorter people would not be able to touch the bottom so not as good for kids. Low walls make privacy an issue in the garden/pool area. Shame TV isn't a Smart TV None of these issues affected our hols, we really did love the Villa.

Great location, lovely villa

Great location, really nice walk to the marina. Lovely bbq area and the pool was perfect. Loved the sea views from the villa too.

The villa wasn’t as clean as expected and the pool wasn’t cleaned at all during our week stay.

Lovely Lanzarote Villa

Lovely Villa, great facilities, incl dishwasher, washing machine & Nespresso which were a bonus I was unaware of, don't recall seeing that in the description. Nice location, end of a gated complex which leads out to the coastal path. A 15 min walk (even with a crutch) to the Rubicon Marina, which is beautiful, has lovely shops and restaurants. Towels, Linen, washing up liquid pack included. Beds soooo comfortable (IKEA) Parking is also nice and close All in all, very satisfied with the stay at this Villa, would recommend and would return 💕 Download the link for https://superpedestrian.com/ amazing way to travel around, hop on, hop off electric scooters. Took them down to Playa Dorada beach (best beach we found for activities) also great nightlife there.

No negatives, just a couple of minor observations; a light fixture outside of the lounge window needs replacing as it's missing altogether, toilet roll holder in main bathroom missing and the toaster has to be held down manually, not major things but all very easy to replace.

Fabulous, well equipped and great location

Great location in our favourite area, the sea views were a real bonus. Very well equipped and thought has gone into little touches. There are lots of seating areas both internal and external, unlike other villas we have used these were all comfy. Spotlessly clean throughout. So good we booked next year's trip before we left!

Had a perfect stay in this lovely villa close to everything we needed.

fabulous i have recommended to friends and some will be booking.

the location is perfect , its quiet and private, anytime we wanted a taxi to town we went across to the hotel across the road. the walk down to the town is lovely along the beach strip also

the air con didnt work in either of the rooms upstairs but it did in the sitting room.

Exceptional

The place is located a short walk away from the shopping center, was clean, felt secure, had comfortable beds, a pool and outdoor furnishing with a grill which was perfect in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had a selection of teas and coffees! The hosts were great and easy to reach with any questions. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area

Superb

A modern clean well equipped villa 10-15 minutes walk to the marina shops. Excellent outside area with both sun and shade. Easy parking and a quiet location. The pool got a lot of sun during the day ( unlike some other places we have stayed) making it warm enough to use in early March. Safe big enough for laptops.

Shower over bath with curtain not ideal.

Exceptional

Villa was amazing, very well equipped, beds were comfy. The pool was great, BBQ was great. The Villa is in a really nice area of Playa Blanca and about a 15 minute walk along the path to the marina where there are lots of nice restaurants. It was perfect.

The pillows weren't great, 2 were too much, 1 wasn't enough. The instructions of how to get the keys to the villa were a bit complex and it took us a while to find the key boxes.

Fab place

Great location - quiet area, close to 2 supermarkets and easy walk to Marina / Beach. Villa is perfect, clean with everything you need! Will definitely recommend to friends and we are looking forward to booking our next visit!

Good but..

The house is perfect for a little family, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were very nicely welcomed by Linda who explained everything and even provided a child' s cot and chair and small electric heating in case of cold nights which did not seem like an option from the booking description so it was a very nice surprise. It has a perfect location, close to the beach in a quiet area. It is true that it has a low fence and people can see inside but we were not really bothered by that, at least you can meet your neighbours.

There was only one negative point but for us quite important. Overall, the house was sufficiently clean but at our arrival we noticed that one of the toilet was not clean and the sheets were not changed. After we mentioned it to Linda, it was immediately cleaned and sheets changed but the idea that we would sleep in someone's else sheets (especially in times of covid) if we did not reclaim it, is not acceptable. I am aware that partly it was due to our earlier check in on our request and therefore less time to clean but this cannot be a reason for such a mistake.

Excellent Stay at Villa in Lanzarote

Excellent property manager! Friendly and helpful checkin, nice pool, good area near promenade, airy villa.

Somewhat open so people walking by could look at you in the pool. A higher fence with vine flowers would be excellent for more privacy.
