Very disappointed.

The location is good.

The room was not clean! A message was sent at 1:30 on access to the room so I assumed it was ready (which wasn’t a big deal), we arrived and they were about to go in and clean the room and said it would only take 15 minutes (to clean an apartment, already put me off)! We left and came back after an hour and the room was disgusting. There was food all over the cupboards the clothes were wet, and the room smelt. It made sleeping in the beds really uncomfortable. We left a $300 jacket in the wardrobe but the code on the door stops working at exactly 10am so we could go in to retrieve it, when I messaged the business they told me it wasn’t there! Very disappointed as we have stayed previously (many times) and it’s been great. A real let down, we will not be back!

More then worth it

The location and the shower was amazing

First apartments lights didn’t work in the bathroom but they were lovely and immediately switched our room

Met our needs.

Well sited. Warm and comfortable with quality fittings.

Garage parking but too small for my car which is not an overly large one. No tea towel for washing up. No face washers and only one small piece of soap for two people over two days. Sparsely furnished.

Won't be back.

I requested the sofa bed to be made up. It wasn't. Nor were there sheets in the cupboard. Did not know this until late a night.Slept on the mattress protector under a filthy coverless quilt plus a blanket. Was disgusted when waking the next morning to see the quilt. Have stayed here before and was ok. You never know what's under the covers

A comfortable ‘nest’ in idyllic surrounds.

The apartment was very well appointed.

Everything was very good, our only comment would be that the vertical blinds in the bedroom had a missing panel.

Comfortable, clean, good location

Easy access and check in

Wifi very poor. Netflix was available on TV but wifi couldn’t keep up. Info in room said there was an alarm clock but none was present.

A comfortable apartment in a city that really punches above its weight

Easy check in, didn’t meet any staff but plenty of information by email and a comprehensive information folder. the apartment was very clean with good facilities and a comfortable bed.

The garage is definitely for small cars only. Also there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. Otherwise a really good place to stay

Good sized rooms and access to garage. Central location and easy check in/check out

Only bare minimum facilities available. No washing powder for washing machine, no paper towel/napkins, very little cutlery/crockery and tiny bins. Had to buy stuff to make it usable to stay.

Easiness of host contact, entry and location.

Unfortunately the people staying next door were very loud until 1.30am. It was unfortunate that the walls were not more sound proof or the stay would have been great.

The tiny room fit everything we need for stay. Quiet place to stay night.

The toilet water would get too low that smell could come out from drain. The inside room could be cold at night.

Disappointing

The location was good with nice views from main window.

The sofa was particularly uncomfortable to sit on, throw cushions were dirty, curtains in bedroom had to remain closed for privacy as was overlooked - so was dark. Bins for recycling and rubbish in garage were overflowing.

We had a great time and were very comfortable with beautiful views.

The location was fabulous.

There was a small issue with the bathroom shower drainage. The water ran out towards the bedroom carpet?

A good one bedroom option with a bit more space than your average hotel.

Nice little unit with everything you need. Nice large comfortable bed and quality linen. Practical kitchen if so inclined, good size fridge. Nice bathroom. Super easy self check in. Own parking spot in garage. Decent view of city from dining area.

Nothing major at all, but nitpicking for consumers benefit and property development- One remote between bedroom and lounge TV's. Not a smart Tv in bedroom. All good really.

Superb

Great location, with off street parking. Kitchen and washing machine a bonus when travelling as a family of 4. Clean and well appointed. The king sized master bed was extremely comfortable.

My teen daughters didn't have a great sleep on the sofa bed, probably better for smaller kids or one person.
