Right in front of Coles and easy to get anything. Instructions for late check-in were easy.
It was a fair price and I could change the date before check-in without extra cost. There is nothing to complain about.

location was good but lack of lift was difficult with our big bags. Staff were VERY helpful when a problem arose. Restaurant downstairs was outstanding and well priced

Scrupulously clean and fresh. No apparent perfumes used, a blessing. I'm fussy about odors. Bed was comfortable. A very small room. Small TV and old painted wardrobe. No chair to sit in but probably not space. Looked like new renovation quality bathroom and sink fittings with excellent hot water pressure. Some cutlery, dishes and electric jug provided. Good value. The only significant con was a portable noisy heater/aircon.
Noisy Aircon/heater unit

I have stayed before and the restaurant food is great value for money very well done however they are not open on Monday or Tuesday.
I booked a deluxe room which was on the main road with trucks and drag racing going till the wee small hours. My last visit was in a std room which was quieter and bigger, hugely disappointing

fantastic location, friendly staff, well-equipped.
the ONLY gripe I had was that the guidance said short-stay rooms would not be serviced, but someone came and cleaned mine on Christmas Day (of all days!!). I wouldn’t typically mind, but if I’d known I would have packed away things I did not want moved/touched (and made it easier for the cleaner to get in and do what they needed).

Great location with free parking on-site for guests. Room came with a lot of amenities, basically like a self-sufficient unit. Great pricing for a room with en-suite bathroom.
Room only came with a cooler/heater fan. Insufficient ventilation/circulation of air within the unit. The cooler fan itself is unable to provide sufficient cooling to the room.

Traffic noise. Tiny room. TV not working (tried 2 rooms).

It was convenient to the various supermarkets
Quite a fair walk to the CBD area. It was also raining at that time so it made the walk less enjoyable

Centennial was opposite to Coles. It is a main street, close to a park, Chinese restaurant, walking distance to the city of Launceston. The room was excellent for me travelling alone.
Comfortable single bed, tv, microwave, toaster, heater, electric blanket.
The staff were great, friendly, couldn't do enough for you
I would recommend it to anyone.
