Disappointing hotel. Not bad, but not at the standard of other similar hotels

Ok hotel in a good location.

Service is bureaucratic and slow. Not a bad hotel, just very far from the standard you would expect from hotels at this price point in India. Other places I have stayed are much better

Luxurious and calm place to stay at noisy Delhi

It’s a luxurious hotel. Various options of restaurants, a great gym and spa, comfortable and very clean rooms with everything that you will need. The staff polite and attentive.

Maybe for solo travelers and for a tighter budget it’s too much luxury. But if you are able to adjust your budget is great to have a quieter, nice place to come back to after all the craziness of the city.

It was very good more varieties should be added. Ambience was good, Bukhara is maintaining its old reputation. three months back i stayed my family in welcome Dwarka it was under renovation but services & food quality was good.

It was my short day.

A great team that needs to be helped with investments in refresh income areas -

Legacy property great ambiance and the room after they changed it from a really poor one was ok but day 1 was a bummer

The Pavillion for breakfast is cramped and literally sitting on each other’s laps no privacy in most tables - bakery needs a bit of a lift!

Good stay but not the best given ITC standards.

The location is perfect and the property itself is beautiful with all the art pieces.

Service was not good. Breakfast always had waiting. Reception staff was not good both during check and check out. Booked a spa appointment for us as a couple but was booked for only one person. To add to this there was no apology for this blunder.

Total waste of money. Restaurant service was pathetic. Rooms are not up to the mark. AC doesn’t work properly In the night even when temperatures are set at 21degrees.Lot of staff are seen moving around with no sense of direction

It’s not quiet, noisy and many hotel staff roaming around, it should be calm and classy by the environment, also it has old furniture in the rooms and there’s no soundproof.

Good sized room, large hotel, good location, room smelt of damp though

The room smelt of damp and the bathroom felt a bit run down. Breakfast on the roof terrace was great, location of hotel was very good too and in a nice area. Pool could have been in better condition and there were maintenance works taking place.

poorly trained staff. the hotel had a general feeling of decline both in the fabric of the building and the staff attitude. service is slow and surly in the restaurants. the food in Bukhara as bad. we sent on dish back but the other dishes were dry and under spiced.

NOTHING … OUTDATED.. bad service ..

the service is really absurdly bad. 2 reservations for the restaurants were not properly noted. They did not offer us anything to compensate. They left our bags in the lobby for more than 10 hours, they were never put in our rooms. No internet was provided before check in time was reached, while we needed it to check our creditcard to pay. the rooms were dated and the spa area was not really clean. one of the worst 5 star experiences we have had ever. totally not worth the money. breakfast was poor (especially in comparison with Andaz hotel) and served in a ballroom because the original breakfast area was full.. the ballroom really looked like a badly furnished wedding location.. not 5 star worthy.
