Sehr nettes Personal.
Leider wird nicht sehr gut englisch gesprochen.

the surrounding parc and nature are really beautiful, most staff ( not all ) are bery friendly
continous loud and repeated music at the outside pool. inside pool is old and not attractive. overall, very pricey hotel and you’ll be charges extra for everything ( toot brush, compulsory swimming cap).

Location!
Beautiful scenery right in front of seashore and there is Jeongbang fall right next to the hotel. Convenient to visit Halla mountain and other tourist places.
Breakfast was outstanding and so as all the staff especially cleaning lady did great job every day.
Hotel itself has a lot of history. Love it so so much!!

Although hotel is old, it is very clean and comfortable. Beds are super good. Personnel is great and professional.
In addition, ocean view is amazin and food in the restaurants is delicious.
Hotel is old, does not look and feel like a modern 5* hotel. Maybe a solid 4*. Bathroom is very basic and small.

This was the most expensive hotel out of our 5 nights in Jeju. It isn't worth it. Other hotels half the cost were equally as good.

The ocean view from the window.
The garden is great to stroll after meals.
Fruit can be better at breakfast.
Indoor swimming pool is small.

The scenery of the hotel is superb.
The staffs at the counter were not friendly or helpful at all.
In my chat, as requested, they said they would allow early check-in of around 2:00-3:00pm, but when I got there at around 2:15pm, they just said NO.

Loved the landscaping, really beautiful. Beautiful property by the sea
Room was unexpectedly basic and a little worn. The outdoor pool was empty though it was still really warm (22 degrees celcius). Having strict 'swimming seasons' is solely a Korean custom, and the hotel should think about adjusting to suit international tourists.

Excellent location for those who want to get rest, recuperation and restoration. The scenery is just out of this world and the serenity of the area. Rooms were cleaned daily and water was provided. The team in the 1st floor restaurant were excellent. Nature and the surrounding forest and walking trails were beyond my expectations, plus the ocean right on the door-step was a great combination with the forest.
Breakfast was ok - though it was the same every day but there was wide variety of stuff and a balance between Korean and Western meals. No coffee/tea items in the rooms and the rooms are not sound-proof so you hear noise of people talking lounge in the corridor and noise from nocturnal activities. It's an old hotel so I guess there is nothing much they can do about the sound-proofing.

It’s a little bit old fashion, needs renovation, I guess, yet it has its own charm
Free parking with lots of spots, there is as well a shuttle bus to the airport. Tasty breakfast with various options. Exceptional views of the hotel area, like mini lake with Korean traditional style pavilion, as well you can easily reach to the Jeonbang falls by foot, since there is a scenic coastal path towards it.
A little bit old, as I already said, didn’t has beach access, indoor pool is quite small, outdoor one closed (at least it was during our stay in the middle of September)

Location
Breakfast is too pricey for the food they offer

The price-performance ratio of the hotel is very good. The location is phenomenal with a very large and well-kept garden. We cannot understand why the hotel should be outdated. The furnishings are well maintained with no signs of use. There are two nice pools with a pleasant, cool temperature. The breakfast was also varied.
The pool already closes at 6.30 pm, it's too early. The sunbeds could be more comfortable. It was very annoying that loud music was played all day by the pool.

The view is everything with this hotel. Absolutely stunning views over the ocean and a short walk to the amazing waterfall. It’s close to city centre for restaurants and boat trips. We spent ages choosing the right hotel for my mother in law’s 75th birthday - we belong the whole family ( 6 of us in total).
Pool was stunning but oooooh chilly.

It had a nice view
The staff was not very accommodating for foreigners, I struggled to communicate with them. The prices are also very high, not a big variety of food and drinks. Everything opened late and closed early.
