Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on St Kitts at Sealofts On The Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sealofts On The Beach! Nestled right in Frigate Bay and next door started the area of great local restaurants, groceries, and a 10-minute walk to "The Strip" where there are another series of restaurants and bars; open air and indoor. This is the hang-out area. Our property manager was Joyce with Caribbean Paradise Realty and she was the best!! Very communicative before we arrived, during our stay, and even a follow-up after we checked out. She made the entire process flow so smoothly. There were zero issues or concerns. We love her personality! She also lined up a driver for us from the airport. Our unit was well-stocked and had all the amenities we needed. All we did was secure groceries from some very close 2-minute walk stores. The beds and sofas were comfortable and accommodating for us all. We a unit with regular stairs. The entire complex was peaceful and quiet. One of the best features of the trip was the native islanders (Kittitians). Super nice, helpful, and "Rush Slowly", lol, you'll get what that means when you are on the island! True Caribbean here, not "touristy". The locals are amazing.

We didn't like the fact we had to leave.

Peaceful, Relaxed and a wonderful stay.

Great location, peaceful clean and within proximity of supermarkets restaurants the strip and taxi stand. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I visit ST. Kitts.

The winding narrow stairs in our condo is not for anyone with knee issues. I think it can use a bit of modernization in the future.

Great location and clean house with well equipped kitchen

Great location. Close to some really nice restaurants and the golf course. Also close to the Strip. Joyce was really helpful and friendly.

On the booking.com it stated that there would be 1 normal twin bed and 1 extra large twin bed. Unfortunately both beds were small twins. So a bit of false advertising there.

Perfect vacation spot or weekend getaway.

This location is perfect! Near to restaurants, spa, beach, nightlife and shopping. Probably the best neighborhood on St. Kitts. Save on meals because there is a full kitchen, you can whip up your own breakfast when you feel like it. Right next to both cheap eats and upscale eats of ALL kinds. Coffee shops, sushi, Thai, Indian, seafood etc. - you name it. Shared pool is always clean. Beach is a short walk away and so is nightlife and golf. Perfect for a vacation or just a weekend getaway. The way they built this property it's nice and private and secluded while being in the heart of everything. Good wifi at the property too.

One of the 2 AC units that is meant to heat the lift and main areas, struggled to keep up with the daytime heat during the summer. The other AC in the bedroom was perfect.

Exceptional

The whole place was amazing! We went in June and pretty much had the whole pool to ourselves. Joyce was a brilliant host and was always on hand if we needed anything. We can't wait to go back again!

The complex is very well located. The unit was clean, beds were comfortables, great ocean view. Seems like the owner have put great effort on details like cell phone charging cables, books, wifi etc.

Unique, Caribbean style apartment on 3 floors with views of the Atlantic Ocean

Good location overlooking the Atlantic sea. The kitchen was new and well stocked. There were three floors, two bedrooms and two bathrooms although to get to a bathroom from the top floor bedroom you had to go down a spiral flight of stairs. The apartment was comfortable albeit a little dated. There were two balconies to sit out on. Joyce, who manages the properties, is excellent and very friendly. She is quick to respond and helped us with a taxi and a arranging a tour of St Kitts.

No easy access to bathroom from upstairs bedroom. A bit dated but very Caribbean.

Very enjoyable

The location was perfect for what we needed to do. Liked we could walk to what we needed and didnt need to take taxi everywhere we needed to go. The complimentary drinks in frig were nice too

It would have been nice to have coffee/tea already in villa, basic condiments too But with that it was not a big deal

Lovely accommodation in an ideal location. Super friendly and helpful hosts!

Nice accommodation in a good location with a supermarket/pharmacy very close. The setting was beautiful and the pool was so nice! Joyce was super helpful, we were let down by a hire car company and she was able to sort out a car for us very quickly and we were even driven to the Ferry Port early on our leaving day, with no extra charge. Communication was excellent, such lovely people!

Louvre door on the downstairs bathroom/toilet didn't really offer any privacy!

Very good

Privacy, location, the space you have in your loft, the grounds (absolutely lovely!), the pool. Very comfortable beds and living space.

The lofts are really great, but (at least the one we were staying at) could really do with some upgrading. Most windows can't open anymore, the sliding doors to the balconies are hard to open and close, the blinds don't function properly anymore. The kitchen and bathroom could also be updated. But if you can see through that, it's very comfortable!

Well equipped, fun little houses

The location is great if you're a tourist, right next door to taxi rank, minutes walk to Frigate Bay beach and strip, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The loungers and chairs in the garden next to the Atlantic Ocean is heavenly. The pool's good for a morning dip.

The location is not brilliant if you're visiting family on the main part of the island, it'd be worth hiring a car. No ordinary buses run up this side and it's $20 US to get a taxi into Basseterre to then use local buses. $28 US to get a taxi to beaches on the peninsula.

it’s location is excellent. By the sea with continuous breeze, lovely views of the Atlantic and some wonderful restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

Perfect Location

The ability to secure the home was great. It was clean and have all the necessities. The amenities outside and inside the facility were usable. The location was perfect. The communication with the office was great.

We had to be extra careful to make sure the amenities inside the facility would not fall apart because they were too outdated ex. stove, beds, and chairs which also include showers, sinks, doors need improvements etc.

Friendly, clean and good value.

The staff were excellent, especially Joyce who went out of her way to help us. The place was clean and a good space for a family of four.

The place is aging, and so a couple of things needed fixing when we arrived. However the staff were excellent at addressing those things quickly.

Quiet retreat

Low season so the accomodation was very quiet with only another couple staying. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. The accomodation did overlook the sea but was the fourth building which is actually better as you are not affected by sea spray. Shout out to Joyce Isaacs of Carribean Realty who helped us with travel arrangements and tours. She even sourced a walking stick for me after a fall.

They should supply a UK to US converter. We bought our own so this was not problem. We were not able to use the beach at the accomodation due to the accumulation of seaweed at this time about 1m in depth in places. It is on the Atlantic side so the waves are about 1-2m high. Frigate Bay is a 10 minute walk on the much calmer Caribbean side and has beach bars with umbrellas and sunlongers for hire. The main bedroom is in the loft so privacy may be an issue. Bedroom 2 is however separate.

I’m ready to go again!

For my first visit to St. Kitts, I could not have asked for better accommodations. The condo at Sea Lofts was very well appointed, and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

There was construction that prohibited access to the beach.

Out stay was very pleasant and comfortable, We were close to restaurants and the "Strip".

The management staff was very helpful and accomodating with our need to reschedule our trip. We had some trouble getting our entry forms completed, but they helped us coordinate things with the government office.

There was no beach access to this property. It is our understanding there will be repair the the sea wall this summer and hopefully will give access to the beach.

Joyce was a star, condo could have been better.

Close to all amenities and the sea. Joyce the manager is a delight, extremely helpful and caring, spacious gardens to enjoy the sunshine and pool well kept.

Condo needed a little TLC, very dated, kitchen needed updating, main bedroom small for two people. Spiral staircase wasn’t ideal.

My shower didnt have pressure and my microwave didn't work and it wasn't the apartment I picked out but I was given another place close to what I picked
