Amazing and would recommend!

Loved almost everything! The entire hotel is very clean and modern! Rooms have everything that you need, even a small fridge!

The location, unfortunately. If you are planning to go to Amsterdam everyday, like we did, it is not that close and quite complicated by public transport. But with a car it’s not that far!

Good stay if you are not bothered by a ventilator that works continuously and if you have a car

The room was clean. The staff was kind, but within measure. The bed was comfortable.

I didn't hear noise from the other rooms, but the ventilator in the bathroom was on, continuously! It had no device to switched it off and was making an annoying, continuous, unnecessary noise. Staff didn't know what to do with it or it didn't considerate it an issue, as I was informed all bathrooms are the same. It bothered me greatly. The location was the worst thing. Without car/ taxi or bicycle it is really difficult to get to Amsterdam. There is only one bus, 171, that runs every half an hour (unless is Sunday or Annunciation that no one seem to celebrate apart from the bus that was going every 2 hours!) that gets you to a bus centre in 15 minutes from where you take another bus for 30 minutes to central Amsterdam - and you have 2 options there and I think they go till late in the evening. However, the last 171 bus leaves this bus centre at 8.30 pm!! So unless you pay 32 euros to get the taxi, you must ensure that you leave central Amsterdam by no late than 7.30 pm. there are 15 km from the bus centre to hotel, so walking is not an option.

Location not where it read on info with booking.com 2.2 km more like 10km & It was a £50 taxi from airport & £75 to City Bus over 1 hour with 3 stops I checked out after 1 night out of a 3 night stay Just a shame the staff did not email booking.com on my behalf Other than being mislead hotel fine for those who have transport Beware when booking of logostics & cost of taxis

nice big room.

safe didn’t work ! beeped constantly for 4 days. smell in morning from drains in bathroom. coffee stains on wall. I have learned not to complain about a property until the end of ur stay after a bad experience , was reason for not informing staff .

The staff, especially at night was really friendly and helped me get a taxi from the airport.

The location is definitely not a airport hotel..it was like 20 min taxi drive, around 25-35 euro one way and it was the only reason I booked the hotel for one night. I just had a quick look at the breakfast but it didn't look like a organic high healthy breakfast.

Staff welcome and service and clean lines throughout is just great

I needed somewhere near to schipol for an early morning flight. T/calls to reception were very good and more than helpful giving me bus alternatives to taxi which saved a lot of money getting to blue mansions. I liked the way all your staff were so helpful. I liked the reception welcome both in interior design/cleanliness and of course the staff helpfulness . I ordered the snitzel however although the outside may have been hot the centre was not. Your staff was honest and advised it was her first day and if there were any problems to advise. I let them know not happy with cold interior snitzel/ this was quickly replaced however interior still less than luke warm. I requested just to replace by bit more salad. I was impressed when staff member then brought me another schnitzel... however by that time I eaten too many chips. I tasted a piece and was pleased to relate the centre was hot. However I think management should look at the suppliers and consistency of this chicken? Snitzel. I enjoyed staff friendliness.

Your snitzel supplier is not chicken. So basically I think your management team should have to look at the basic product.

located across from Chariot Hotel restaurant.

This once was a gem…I am a long time customer… over 10 years and 20 stays. Hotel has gone downhill very fast since my last stay in 2019. Worn out everything..no maintenance, garbage and junk all over outside of property. bashed up walls need to be paint or wallpapered. Mud or worse ground into carpet in rooms and hallways. Worn out towels smell like stale smoke. Pillows smell bad. Broken shower head and window latch handle. Dirty floor, shower and obviously dirty toilet control valve on wall. Spartan, lousy looking breakfast.
