Excellent location, wonderful hotel and friendly staff

Superb location, friendly staff, good hospitality, spacious and beautiful rooms, good in house pool and jacuzzi.

Breakfast should have more vegetarian choices like hash browns, veggies, etc. food option at restaurant are limited especially for vegetarians.

Will go back again!

The food at the restaurant was awesome! Staff was amazing! Our room was right next to the restaurant and the staff would bring the food to the porch so that we could eat in private at our room. The room has a Porch and was amazing! The place had such a great 'feel' - we wish that we had stayed there longer.

Very nice property, we love the swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Very relaxing. Access to ocean is just steps away. Breakfast has good variety. And they are very attentive in replenishing the food. The staffs are very warm, kind and helpful. The in-house restaurant offer asian cuisine. Good wifi.

The area is away from the town center so you have to hire uber which cost around €50 one way. There’s a bus but it is by schedule(available at the front desk) and waiting area has no shed. Also, the bus is from old fort not from fabrika. The TV wasn’t working but we didn’t really use it anyway.

Family room was spacious with own veranda overlooking the bay. Very relaxing and I had the best night’s sleep of the holiday. Perfect way to end the holiday. Family feel and the hotel team were friendly and very helpful

The staff were so lovely!! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

There was no lip to the shower, so after a shower some water leaked into the room.

It was in a beautiful location, the hotel was beautiful and clean all the staff were really friendly and always willing to help and we were also able to come and go as we pleased, just perfect.

Beautiful seaside stay for a good value

Wonderful staff, very kind and accommodating. Good food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Beautiful view and nice rooms. Good distance to the bus stop which takes you into the city center and to other beaches.

Nice cozy place in Mykonos to chill in the lap of nature

Rooms were big, well decorated and full of light. The sea was right outside window so a beautiful scenery every morning outside. Food at the restaurant was very tasty . Staff was kind and extremely helpful.

Perfect location with extreme need for service standard improvements expected from a luxury suite.

Breathtaking view, extremely friendly and helpful service but definitely insufficient for a hotel of this level, size and price, good breakfast,

In an abandoned industrial area, 100m from the hotel, an open-air disco took place which on the first night of our stay made it impossible to sleep, even though we had hermetically sealed the double-glazed windows. Loud music from 10pm to 7am the next morning, all culminating in 15min of fireworks at 5.30am, just when, exhausted, we fell asleep. Absolute incivility and total lack of respect with the excuse of the freedom to demonstrate and the right to have fun. This horrible first sleepless night overshadowed the "technical" problems of the hotel: Superior Suite with double bed without any separation from the third bed (total absence of privacy), TV out of order due to lack of signal, insufficient Wi-Fi, staff reduced to the bone who, despite their efforts, struggled to provide adequate services, bathroom taps in the room malfunctioning.
