Excellent stay to enjoy Lecce

The location is excellent, it’s very close to the old town. The facilities are top notch, the bedroom and terrace are big and comfortable. Everything was better than expected and the service made it even better, very helpful and attentive!

Garden room

Location was excellent. It was only a short walk to the historic section of town where we spent most of our time, and close to a range of good restaurants. Our room was very good. Very comfortable and on the ground floor with a garden outside. There were places to sit in the garden or on the roof top bar/deck. Breakfast was good, service was excellent. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. Parking on the street outside was easy enough to find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Too expensive for what they offer .

Accommodation spacious . Bed very comfortable . Good air conditioning

Outside terraces very dirty . Never cleaned . Plants were all dead on the terrace

Fantastic place with excellent friendly staff

The staff were so friendly and helpful, from the street you wouldnt no what beauty there is inside. Lovely communal spaces and the rooms where much bigger and better equipped than we had expected.

There was truly nothing we we didnt like. Nothing to do with the B&B, but driving in Lecce and the narrow dual parked back streets and one way systems was very frustrating.

Superb

Breakfast was light but just what we wanted. The location is near the old town and street parking was easy. Managed to always park less than 100m away. Room bigger, plenty of space and well lighted.

Nice stay in Lecce

Great location - near the walled town but far enough so it’s not too noisy. The garden was nice although we didn’t use it. Well-designed property. Nice coffee at breakfast

When we checked in, we noticed a water leak just outside the shower cubicle, so we were offered another room. The second room didn’t have a leak but it had less natural light and the bathroom was slightly smaller compared to the first room. We would prefer the first room if only there was no leak in the bathroom. The room could also use a few minor improvements that can make the experience better - e.g. more sockets (there was only one socket on each side of the bed so you need to unplug the lamp to use the socket to charge your phone), and a master light switch near the bed (so you can turn the light off when you’re in bed already).

Lovely stay in Lecce

A lovely breakfast with espresso doppio and cappucino made on the spot. Great room and really close to the Old Town of Lecce, a few minutes walk. We rented a flat with a balcony with view of the garden, so really nice and quiet for a pre-dinner drink. Recommended. Really clean and comfortable in every way.

Home from home and a really relaxing and enjoyable stay

Good spread for breakfast. What makes the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble led by Nikolo. The hotel is ideally placed being only a ten minute walk to the tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend this hotel

A private and secluded retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

We loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Dondoli and Nicolo` was a wonderful host. Although the B&B was situated just outside the old town of Lecce, it was only a short walk to great restaurants and attractions. The B&B's decor and garden courtyard was beautiful and a lovely place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was served daily in the garden courtyard and afternoon apertivo's served on the roof terrace overlooking the old town of Lecce...Stunning!

A little hard to find, but look for the red doors.

Fabulous B&B in the heart of Lecce

We had such a friendly service from Nicolò who made us feel very at home. The Palazzo is a beautiful building in a very central location which made exploring Lecce very easy..free parking and exceptionally clean room. Complimentary water available and flexible checkout time where available.

The breakfast could be improved - but we were very happy with our stay

Wonderful!!

A calm oasis in a otherwise busy city. Staff could not do enough for you! They were flexible and attentive whilst not intruding on your day. Absolutely recommend this place 💯 lovely breakfast. Courtyard was beautiful an absolute oasis! Will definitely return.

Exceptional

We live in Argentina, but this info will be written in English in order to be spreaded to more people. We have travelled all around the world during our lifes, never we have had so many details in any place as Palazzo dei Dondoli to pamper our stay there. Excellent and big room with all you can imagine and more, also all the installations are 1st class, Nicolo who manages it and Beatrice that helps him are so sweet people so glad and polite, that we also stayed more days than those reserved originally. Lecce is a nice place, but after we left we planned to come back again, only for staying there a few days more. Another Very important point, you can park on the street for free, and its location is a few minutes walk to the heart of the city. Our stay was in August 2022 Lili & Jose Gateño From Argentina

Exceptional

Amazing! Nicola from the B&B was super friendly, responsive via WhatsApp and helpful with all his recommendations. The hotel was beautiful with an old refurbished lift and the room itself was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. Location to the centro storico was perfect, without having to enter any ZTL zone and with street parking right outside the B&B . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that visits the stunning Lecce 😊

Great place would stay there again if I visit Lecce again.

Very welcoming hosts. They gave good advice which towns to visit nearby. The room was very nice. Good to have access to cold water bottles. Free public parking infront of the house. Great coffee in the morning and nice breakfast.

A quiet oasis

Beautiful oasis a few minutes walk from the centre of the historic city of Lecce. Parking available right outside property . Large comfortable bedroom with good facilities. Hosts were very friendly, lovely breakfast taken in the courtyard garden . Perfect stay

Perfect hotel experience!

It was a perfect experience from beginning to end, and I travel a lot. They emailed to confirm and ask if any food concerns, and responded quickly via text messaging. Their recomendations for pizzerias and osterias were excellent and made the reservations for us, and even cancelled for us as we changed our dinner plans one evening. They followed up the next day to ask about our dining experience. The breakfast buffet was supurb and the service over the top. I sincerely cannot say enough positive things about our experience here. I am not sure if we'll return to Lecce, but without a doubt, I would have to return to the best hotel experience I have had.

Beautiful

. Beautiful bed and breakfast, was very much like a hotel. The staff are lovely, smiley and helpfull. The breakfast was great, the garden is also beautiful. Our room was super comfortable. Also location was great, 8 min walk to the center
