Such a wonderful inspiring place!

Great location close to the historic parts of Lecce. Wonderful patio - good place to have the breakfast. Wonderful historic place - feels like a palace from a 19. century novel...

My wife would have loved a stronger climatazation during nighttime.

Charmed by the welcome we received and by the beautiful surroundings.

It is a located in a beautiful, historic building with a charming courtyard. The spacious kitchen/dining room is a real bonus.

I loved my stay here... everything was perfect and I would 100% come back. The room, the garden, the breakfast & the service where excellent, you feel so welcome in the lovely l'Orangerie d'Epoque!

10/10 accommodation in Lecce - we will return!

Amazing start to finish - large and centrally located room with everything we needed Daily breakfast was a real treat!

Shower extremely small (we are both 6 foot + tall) and the bathroom in need of some renovation but other wise stunning!!!

Exceptional stay in the palace.

The apartment was simply stunning! Living for some time in this palace was a great experience. The hosts were all welcoming and the fresh bakery made by the hosts mum for breakfast was super delicious. The green courtyard was great for resting and playing board games with our daughter. Also the location couldn’t be better. Restaurants and stores are just next doors. Also the gate to the old town.

Bathroom would deserve some upgrades, however was still OK. What we missed was a kitchenette. My wife is on gluten free diet and it’s quite difficult to eat outside in Italy. Therefore we love fruits and big vegetable salads and there was no comfortable space to prepare these. The kitchenette is in the smaller apartment and there’s connecting door. If we would go next time, we would book both apartments together.

where do we start? beautiful building, typically Italian, from the architecture to the furniture - (what we wanted) hosts were delightful and LOVED the breakfast basket hanging on the door at the time we requested - beautiful gardens, location and the ability to park our car was a bonus too - unexpected in the centre of a busy Italian town

Wonderful house, apartment, garden, and hosts

One of the best experiences on booking until now, rivalling 5* hotels for the overall experience. Anna and Luisa are wonderful hosts, offering their incredible house and garden in the center of Lecce to people all over the world. Our apartment was very large and comfortable, part of one of the historic villas in the city. Really enjoyed our stay, hope to come back at some point.

Lovely family run hotel with a peaceful garden.

The fridge was a bit broken and it would have been good to have had some help bringing breakfast stuff (eg plates and cups) into the garden.

Perfect central location outside of the old city of Lecce. Lovely back garden to enjoy coffee or cocktails. Great hospitality!

one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever stayed in. very high ceilings, beautifully furnished, with a kitchen and little terrace in the lovely fragrant orangerie.

Superb

This lovely accommodation is located just outside the gate of the old part of Lecce. It is within walking distance of the train station and not far from the center. There is a good restaurant right across the street. The room was beautiful...antique furniture, large and even a table for having breakfast which was delivered to the door. There is a lovely courtyard just outside for guests use. The host was kind and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend.

The bed was large enough but probably needs a new mattress.

Loved this centrally historical property. room was so spacious and well outfitted. Breakfast, brought to the door each morning was delicious. Luisa was a wonderful, caring host who provided great suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. She also connected us with Anna, with whom we shared an evening learning to make pasta. A great stay.

Highly recommended

Lovely, spacious historical accommodation. The owners (including Molly, their tiny elderly black cat) were exceptionally friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible, including taking note of my lactose intolerance by stocking our fridge with suitable products. Although there were a few problems with the wifi, Luisa dealt with these very quickly. What a delight it was to open our door every morning to take in the delicious, warm, breakfast pastries. The garden is a haven of tranquillity, and whilst we were concerned that the B & B may not be situated in the historic pedestrianised part of town, the location is very convenient. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect stay at L'orangerie d'époque

Luisa & Anna are lovely, they welcomed us even though we were a bit late, and gave us good advice to enjoy our stay. The place is charming

Exceptionally helpful and friendly owner Free secure parking (although it required shuffling around cars whenever we wanted to drive out) Atmospheric old building and enormous room very close to old town

Electricity occasionally cut out during the night due to a fuse tripping, although we received a discount because of this. On the bright side the kids thought showering by torchlight was a great adventure! Not a criticism but a suggestion for improvement: laundry facilities on-site would be very useful for travelers on long trips (a commercial laundromat is around 5 minutes walk away but takes away time from the holiday)
