Breakfast was delicious - the nicest breakfast buffet I have seen in a long time.

The Palazzo is just beautiful and Geltrude(the owner) could not have been more welcoming. They gave us a free upgrade and we felt thoroughly spoilt. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer.
Unfortunately the bicycles have now been stolen so they are not available but the hotel offered to arrange a rental for us. It has to be said they were not needed as the city is very accessible by foot.

We liked everything about Palazzo Guido. The palazzo had been in the family for many generations and is lovely. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated with family furniture in many areas and quite comfortable. Located just inside the walls near Porto Napoli, it is well positioned for access to both the old and new city. Geltrude takes very good care of you and the breakfast was the best we had while we were in the south.

Breakfast choices were superb and served meticulously in elegant surroundings by our lovely waiter,, The Palazza makes you feel like royalty and is steeped in family history from the lovely Geltrude's ancestors . Lecce is stunning with lots of places to explore and lovely places to eat. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful.
More than happy with everything.
