A good choice for an overnight stay close to the airport.

Proximity to airport. Generous size room. Tea and coffee making facilities

An enjoyable stay.

Being able to choose between cooked or buffet style was great. Parking was handy and secure.

Other people reverse parking over the pathway to the rooms.

Extremely pleasant.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. We loved the jacuzzi.

The room did get a bit warm at night. A portable fan would have helped but it was comfortable nonetheless.

Exceptional Service right from when we walked in, Location and Price were very affordable.

Loved the View from the 3rd Floor, Pool is Lovely. The location was perfect for us. Loved the Secured Parking and we could Park our car Undercover. The Room had very good Lighting and the Bed was extremely comfortable. The Price was affordable. Loved the Firehouse Restaurant. The Staff that greeted us were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Only one night but comfortable room, reasonably priced meal at restaurant and close to airport.

Room was spacious enough and had all the amenities if you were staying longer (ie ironing board, kettle, crockery etc). Close to airport. Bed was comfortable.

Besides the evacuation. The stay was still good. I did have a comfortable sleep which is all I needed

I did like the convince of the location. Close to the city. Easy access to the freeways. I also liked how super comfortable the bed was.

I didn’t like the difficulty of finding a car park. You had a long truck that took up ample parking. I didn’t get directions on how to locate my room upon checking in. I did also find the evacuation at the time to be poorly communicated. We weren’t told when to come back in I didn’t see any fire wardens. You could see other people clearly not bothered and happy smoking on their balconies. People were all scattered outside and some near the assembly point but where was the check in

We were disappointed in the quality of the room and the food we have stayed here every time we come to Perth over the la

Room wasn’t clean ,food ,phone cord left in the room Dirty sanitary pad In bin,hole in curtain on sliding door, bath room was not clean toilet paper near bin , hand basin was dirty and hair on it shower was not clean The food wasn’t up to its normal standard

Great place to stay in Perth especially if you’re heading to the casino and footy.

Good and comfortable room, location was good for getting to Optus, Airport and Casino

All the screen doors between room areas is annoying and needing the card to exit is inconvenient when you are checking out

Overall, well appointed room and comfortable stay.

Room was a good size, bed was very comfy, clean and modern, good water pressure in shower, good cooling, wasn't noisy considering how close to highway, nice private outdoor and pool area (although we didn't use it), ample and secure parking. We ordered room service, and it was hot and fresh and tasty when we received it, and it was delivered very promptly.

Uber driver couldn't bring my order to my door - I had a migraine and had to go outside in the light to collect it from reception :-( Maybe in the future power points will upgraded to include USB points, would save us having to carry a power board to charge all the devices! (although number of power points was good),

Better off at the Ingot up the road for an extra $10an extra $10

The linen and towels were clean

We arrived from overseas late and check in about 1am. The reception area was filthy and smelled. They were playing loud music and I could barely hear the guy in reception. There was no real assistance to find our room. There were people in the secure parking area smoking marijuana- we won’t be staying there again.

Disappointing for all four of us

Location

The power went out while we were out we were not notified and had to work out ourselves how to get into the block we were in. Nothing able to be used and staff made no mention of this in the morning - nothing done to compensate for the inconvenience of having NO POWER throughout the evening.
