We had a great relaxing stay despite above

Loved the hotel decor awesome

We could not get tv to work even though had maintenance twice . Little noisy on floor ten heard loud music each night

Amazing, would highly recommend The Duxton, won't stay anywhere else

we had the same lovely lady on check in and check out, she was friendly and warm and made you feel instantly welcome, the rooms are beautiful and we were lucky to be upgraded with an outstanding view, amazing breakfast . the whole package from staff, accommodation , food and location is the best we have stayed at in Perth

Clean and good view. Close to 4.5 Star

Waiters at breakfast were rather inexperienced. Cold coffee!! served. Increase variety of Asian food. Include barista coffee in the package.

enjoyed a quiet stay with easy access to all Perth has to offer.

The Duxton is in such a great location, easy to get to from the Airport train, and easy access to the city, Elizabeth Quay, Perth Zoo, Kings Park. It was very quiet up where we were on the 10th floor.

Amazing stay in Perth

The quality of the room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding, everything you could possibly want to eat, and all beautifully prepared and presented. Definitely want to return

The pool area was very small for the size of the hotel, and being outside could only be used if the weather was nice. Needs to be made more appealing

The luxury of everything and how the staff made you feel like we were their only guest.

Check in was quick and easy with a glass of bubbles to greet us with. Corciege service was amazing. The entrance/foyer was incredibly impressive. Everything felt luxurious. The rooms were all of what we expected when the entrance was the wow factor.

Convenient and comfortable.

Comfortable bed, staff were attentive

No robes, no mini bar just milk/tea/coffee - for the price other hotels offer these as standard. Meal at the bar - rice dry and stuck together, popadoms underdone (didn’t crack apart)

Great as always but disappointed with noisy especially since it was a junior club room

Love the property but booked club junior room for the extras ... new rooms on Level 12 not noise proof like last time . Could be better but lovely view.

Perfect

Fine due to attending concert hall next door. The hotel added a taste of luxury to my night out. Didn't go for breakfast as I live only a few kms away but on booking it appeared a little expensive. However next time will check food out more as food at concert hall in the bar was poor and I would have been better paying more with hotel and having a decent meal

Enjoyable, great staff, some small gripes like parking and mini bar not available

Staff were lovely and accommodating, looks and feels fancy

Nothing in the mini bar, like to have various drinks and food on hand. Bath would have been nice. Come to the city regularly for mini breaks and did definitely enjoyed our stay although QT around the corner is the benchmark at this price, but staff were great and very professional for sure. Parking was a bit lacking, had to park 5-10 mins walk away

It was awesome

It was so comfortable and the level of attention that the staff gave when we checked in and out was excellent! The beds were really comfy and the bathroom and showers were very nice 👌

We were a little sad that there was no coffee machine as that was a facility we were looking forward to that was listed. There was instant coffee which was nice but would've been an amazing experience to have a nicer coffee in the morning while looking out the view etc

First impressions don’t last thankfully, great hotel!

Spacious and the restaurant was handy

The cleanliness of the front doors when entering the hotel. The concierge on when we arrived didn’t open the hotel doors for us, just looked at us struggling with luggage and trying to open the door.

Great Location

The tapas bar in the club rooms was awesome! A nice start to our night out... The room was well appointed... I have never seen a shoe shine kit before, very handy! Was a handy location to walk to the city...

The furnishings felt a little outdated for the price of a stay... Couldn't order anything 'snacky' from the after hours room service menu after a night out (for example, chips/wedges or a simple burger/toastie)...

An enjoyable week in a quite but excellent location

We found the staff all the staff professional and helpful. The breakfasts especially the "egg chef" who made excellent omelets a pleasant change from some other places we have stayed. The river view was a welcome outlook for a city based hotel

Very welcoming staff, beautiful clean hotel in a great location by the river with loads of parking near by and walking distance to everything we needed.

The shower temperature was hard to control, either a bit too hot or a little too cold with the slightest adjustment.

Great price and location with very helpful and friendly staff.

The reception and bar staff were very friendly. The foyer was very well maintained and the door staff quickly responsive. The lifts were quick to arrive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Parking at the Concert Hall was clearly explained.

The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan working. The cost of valet parking is too expensive.

Exceptional staff, restaurant, room with a view and bathroom that was absolutely perfect! 💜

Excellent sized room with city views and spacious bathroom with high end finish inclusive of plenty of towel hanging options - that means so much to me! Loved the dispensers and products and complementary extras were all exactly what was required for the stay. Love all the updates! Staff were terrific!

Location. Also, Shoba was most helpful and was willing to go the extra mile when we had an issue. Also, the gentleman in the bar was great. He had personallity and a care for customer satisfaction.

Mostly the reception staff lacked care. In particular check in. Not welcoming just business. Impersonal.
