Great value for money, good location, exceptional staff

Easy to find, parking available, easy check in, good value for price, nice sized rooms with all facilities as promised. Wonderful staff friendly and helpful, especially Cassie who went above and beyond when she tried to fix my TV on my arrival as it wasn't working. I told her that I wanted to watch the football (Euro's) so she rang the pub next door to see if they were showing it. She said she try and sort out my TV while I was gone and would get in touch with someone if she couldn't. She then popped into the pub to say she fixed it. She also help me get a taxi on my departure as my car had broken down and I had to go and sort it out. Will definitely book again.

Room had a smell in toilet possibly drains, bedding felt damp. Stayed at this hotel a few years ago but has deteriorated.

No Heating on in the Room, Had to Sleep in Clothes all night to keep warm. Staff not interested in complaint, will not be staying again.

I think I love it there.. your Wi Fi made it fun

I love the privacy I got…Sandra and Amie were warm

I used room 23… the toilet seat is bad..and I usually have at least 2-3 flies visiting each night plus your address isn’t on Monzo app.. I don’t know why

The bed was tooooo soft that it hurt. The mattress topper didn't fit the whole bed so the pillow was sat in a hollow. 2 cups and 2 glasses for 3 people. No hot water in the tap

It's fair but not really value for money and needs an upgrade.

Convenience for travel (near the motorway). Also there is plenty of parking.

Not enough bed linen and on a freezing night we were cold - so asked for another bed cover but told that nothing was available. Some of the staff were great, others didn't seem interested. The room was clean but the building looks run down.

Comfortable beds, nice clean room, friendly staff

Room was right next to reception so could hear every time someone entered or left the building. Complimentary beverage tray was very sparse with only two tea bags and three sugar sachets.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for us.

Shower needed attention, leaked quite badly and the runners were rather grotty.

late check in fit for purpose which is passing through no frills the bed was large and decent for the price internet was pretty decent

broken rail in bathroom bathtub was not clean so when I ran the bath ring of brown appeared on the surface no where to sit no toiletries not even soap there were dispenser with nothing in them
