A plus from the friendly welcome from Maria ,the apartment was immaculate .Spotlessly clean and high end furnishings. Away from the .madness but just a few stops away on the tram.

Nothing to dislike at all. We would definitely recommend and whenever we attend the Lytham festival we will be looking to book again.

Best accomodation in Blackpool!

My stay at Twelve Blackpool exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again next time im in Blackpool. Maria is a very kind and thoughtful host who goes above and beyond for those who stay there.

We would 110% stay here again!!

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, it was clean and comfortable and just the right size for me and my partner we enjoyed every minute of our stay in our apartment. Maria was absolutely lovely and really helpful!

Did not feel safe there, the longer you stay the madder they become because it's their ghetto home

She was going to meet us, but we travelled late and were delayed. She did accommodate us by putting the keys in a general place which we could access late at night. She also ventilated the room for us.

- apartment was a house cut into several different rooms that were called "apartments" - front door opens to the toilet, no door to the bedroom, kitchen has no extractor so all the food smells will be your bedtime smell - bed hardly fits in room, you have to cross the room by jumping over one corner of the bed - owner had to come in to check in on us once a week, did not trust us yet they lied about the listing - property said it had a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment and there was neither! - there was a tiny room outside the apartments, with one washing machine and one dryer with a communal clothes rack for drying clothing which is gross while we are still battling covid - the shared dryer and washing machine was coin operated. 6 pounds a wash and if you check out late it's 10 pounds for every 10 minutes. - the whole house is full of eastern europeans who live there and behave as if they own the place, this is not a place for vacation or any period of stay if you are not eastern european - the eastern europeans start pouring out of the woodword after our first week of stay, a man just walked into my partner without saying a word or indicating he was going towards her, while trying to get in the room next to ours - there is no designated parking space and too many cars are parked on the street without moving every day - when we were heading out, a man jumped behind us on the stair then stood next to our car, phoned his friend to rush down to the parking space we were in so they could take it - inadequate heating, portable radiator quickly overheats - poor ventilation as the apartment is too small.

Perfect

Where to start! Our stay was 10/10, great location, not far from the city centre. We arrived to Blackpool to celebrate my partner's birthday I did ask if host could arrange some birthday decorations and she did! There were some decorations on doors , balloon and wine on a table! I really appreciate that. He loved it. We also met host Maria at the entrance, she was so lovely. We stayed at studio 6. Apartment was really clean, just like in the pictures and it had all essentials. It was warm & quiet. Definitely would recommend twelve apartments, great communication!

A jewel on North shore

I have stayed ln loads of apartments in North shore and have to say this was the best by a long way ,cleanliness was exceptional, hosts are first-class they go that bit extra to welcome you and make your stay hassle free. Security of apartment is excellent ,hope to return soon.

This apartment was outstanding in every way. Couldn't fault it in any way. Would definitely stay here again. Nice, quiet location, handy for the tram. Milk and juice a nice touch. Owners were very nice.

Really lovely place to stay, best place in BP by FAR. 8/10

Maria was a really wonderful host, she helped me with my bags and to my event on the last night when I was totally lost. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and fresh, looked like no one had ever been in there before. Everything was pretty spot on inside, beautiful little lobby to sit down in with a friend for a few minutes (as guests were not allowed upstairs) The bed was lovely! Toilet roll was decent too! Bedside lamps are better than they look. Shower has excellent pressure. The view was a little naff from my lovely huge windows (ap.6) but Maria is keeping a little beautiful flowerbed in a courtyard outside to look at instead :) Fresh orange juice and a pint of milk in the fridge too for arrival which was a nice touch. Easy check in and out. I had a lovely time in the apartment. Thank you for having me :)

Not many things to improve on, although the towels were a little scratchy, could do with some fabric softener. Also I'd recommend bringing an eye mask as there is no curtains and the blinds let in alot of light. The area where the bed is to the wall is very small, maybe a foot or less, bigger people will struggle to get past it to get to the wardrobe and table. I know it's the seaside and certainly nothing Maria can do, but just be aware, the seagulls make alot of noise until 11pm, I was pretty sick of it by Monday haha Bring ear plugs! Street parking is a massive problem, rarely did I come back to have a space, I had to park once at the bottom of the hill, and at least 3 times had to wait for quite a while before someone else moved. The shower cubicle could do with a little stick up shelf for products too.

perfect holiday home 👌

The apartment was fantastic 😊 Very spacious,clean and comfortable. Nice little touches like milk in fridge ,juice and chocolate ❤️Great dining facilities. I will recommend it for sure ,lovely staff ❤️

Great host. Lovely presented apartment

We were without a pushchair so had to order one from the local Argos and Maria went to pick it up for us! She also saved us a spot on the street parking with her car and moved it when we arrived

nothing of note,couldn’t suss out how to use the hob and Maria told us to seek her out if we needed to but we didn’t want to disturb her so used the microwave

Apartment was amazing, Maria met us on arrival helped park the car and showed us around. Apartment was lovely and clean, very modern and close access to the tram for all the attractions.

Fabulous Stay

Upon arrival the owner was waiting for us with the keys to show us our room, she was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious and well presented. It is a fab location and easy access into town via tram just outside property.

Family October Break

Apartment was so clean and spacious, Host Maria was lovely, very helpful, lovely rooms we were in apartment 5, loved the big bay windows and Shower was great, lots of space best apartments we have stayed in Blackpool and we have been coming over 15 years, definitely recommended, Thank You Maria for a lovely stay ❤️
