Food in resturant very good, good choice for breakfast ,rooms very clean ,staff very friendly and helpful especially ASH. BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS with Alpacas.would recommend.

Better sinage at end of road for access while roadworks ongoing.

Pleasant staff - not what I was expecting and expensive.

Pleasant staff. Dinner options limited as is the times to eat at this hotel. Menu options very limited. Interior does not match exterior - personal opinion.

Dining options Menu/breakfast basic and too few options available to guests. Some of the interior - does not match the exterior or period of the building

Disappointing

Breakfast was excellent

No pressure in shower. Stains on carpet, soap dish not clean, toilet roll holder loose, towel holder loose, curtain tie backs loose. Found the 'polite notice' at the top of the stairs a bit insulting. I used to live in the area and the hotel was known for being special. Not special I'm afraid so when visiting family again, we wont be staying there again :(

Fabulous, quiet location. Easy access to the countryside and Blackpool. Lovely clean room with a great ensuite. Very good breakfast too. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

A pleasure to stay there. Peaceful and quiet. Views were lovely. Staff were lovely and a real hotel.

The food was excellent. The room was warm and comfortable and whole place was more than we expected.

We had a great stay. The room was large and clean with a big bed and the bathroom was really good.

We had room 3 on the front of the hotel. It had a great view from 2 big windows and a spacious bathroom.

Our stay was on a Friday night and we could hear music from a downstairs party until midnight. It was not overly loud and did not spoil our stay.

A lovely country house retreat for couples.

Singleton Lodge is full of character and set in attractive grounds. The staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent, very well presented and good value for money.

Pleasant overnight accommodation

Property was set in grounds, accessed by a driveway, with alpacas in sectioned of areas, leading to ample parking. Our room was large, as what would be expected in a property of this nature. All usual facilities to a good standard. Large comfortable old fashioned type bed, settee & dressing table. Tastefully decorated, if a little tired. A good breakfast was included in the price.

Fantastic hotel and welcoming staff.

I took my husband away for his birthday. The location and the hotel were superb. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented. The staff were brilliant, they made us feel welcome and they were extremely helpful. You couldn't want for more if you were going away for relaxation. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. We'll definitely stay there again. If the owner reads this or the staff, we loved how you made our stay special and big thanks to the girls who looked after us from the minute we arrived. A*****

There wasn't anything at all which we didn't like. Amazing place.

Relaxed & Special Hotel

Really special country setting. Immaculately clean, well organised, calm & relaxed atmosphere. Lovely staff - professional, friendly & helpful. Good food, beautifully presented. Had a really relaxing stay, a most welcoming retreat & oasis of calm. Thankyou!

Tiny bit disappointed that our room was at back of hotel, so we didn't have a view of the garden. Room beautifully decorated & very peaceful though. Room only has dressing table mirror so would benefit from full length mirror. Beds were exceptionally comfortable - best bed I've ever slept in a hotel! Nice crisp white linen. However, pillows were disappointing - limp & flat, could do with some new plump ones I think! Also, I think this standard of hotel,would benefit from some luxury touches like large vases of fresh flowers around the hotel e. g. in the entrance.

The hotel is a little dated but set within nice grounds. I had a nice room & breakfast, which made for a pleasant 1 night stay.
