El lugar es bonito y las habitaciones son agradables

La falta de interés por atender bien a los huéspedes, falta un administrador con urgencia. Tuvimos algunos problemas menores, que marcan la diferencia: varios perros vagos en el restaurante, zancudos en la habitación y cuándo pedimos un insecticida nos dijeron que compráramos repelente, había un cortocircuito con las luces de la habitación y los técnicos no pudieron solucionar el problema.

Las instalaciones , la gente , lo amigables que son con los animales y la naturaleza. El desayuno espectacular!! La comodidad de las camas, sin dudas 10 de 10 , súper recomendado !!

El lugar es muy lindo, tiene su magia pero al hotel le hace falta solucionar mejor los problemas que se presentan.

Ubicacion

No nos dejaron reservar los camastros mas grandes porque eran para pasadia, y nosotros teniamos 4 habitaciones y le daban prioridad a pasadia. En el muelle que tienen nos robaron una gafas de sol mientras entramos al mar y el hotel no respondió. La comida muy costosa y estaba muy regular. Cuando te bañas te quedas sin agua y eso no lo alertan. La camas de las playas solo unas pocas son para los huespedes y las demas si para pasadia. El mar estaba lleno de basura.

El día de llegada estaban sin energía y sin wi fi, a pesar de la necesidad que se les mencionó por un tema de reunión laboral, no había planta, ni velocidad para resolver. La reserva se hizo en un Bongaloo para una noche especial porque se promete una mejor experiencia e instalaciones, pero es lo mismo, es otra habitación solo que en un sector diferente. Al la salida hubo muchos inconvenientes con el cobro, no tenían las cuentas claras, pretendían cobrar un transporte que no se había prestado, los datáfonos no les funcionaban, en fin un retraso largo y dispendioso que entraran en razón. A pesar de todas las adversidades en el servicio, la host no se esmeraba en resolver o compensar, tan solo esperen y ajustes a las condiciones. En el año y medio que vengo hospedando con ellos es evidente la desmejora y deterioro

A beautiful treat to have your own private pool and courtyard.

The villa with a private pool was amazing! The pool was in a private courtyard with old-growth trees above it. The room was very spacious and comfortable with an outdoor private bathroom. A great way to treat yourself.

The wifi did not work in the Private Villa area.

A beautiful, quiet getaway only minutes from Cartegena!

The beach was clean and comfortable with plenty of day beds and helpful staff. The food options were fantastic and every meal that we had was delicious. A nice pool as well! The private pool villas are a MUST as you get your own pool which is great if you want to avoid crowds.

The WIFI did not reach the private pool villa rooms, there was some trash on the beach, especially near the edges of the resorts property.

Enjoyed the slow island vibe

The area was nice with plenty of space so you did not feel crowded. The rooms were well decorated and the staff was friendly.

Boat shuttle included, going multiple times a day and quick Very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly staff Good food at reasonable prices on the property Comfortable cabana rooms Nice feeling of an elevated resort Beautiful skyline views on Cartagena Good DJ bonfire at night Air-conditioning in cabana Room only has a cold shower, however it was so hot when we visited that this was no issue at all

Room was not clean. Air conditioner was broken did not work at all. Second room they gave us was clean but water went out and almost missed breakfast. Internet and electric kept going off and on in second room. They tried to say sorry by giving us a 2 drinks and 1 appetizer.

The beach is amazing. It looks like a piece of paradise. It has a very good ambiance, the staff are friendly and the DJ is great! The food is good and the menu is very varied. It is like a semi private beach, so you'll be able to enjoy your time there with no salesmen or annoyance. The place has very appealing locations for pictures.

We were located in a room called Cabana Gallo, which was a bungalow. The decor is rustic and it gives certain charm to the stay. However, there were some dead insects on the mosquito curtains over the bed and a metal ladder outside the room that was annoying when trying to walk out. The thing we disliked the most was that we couldn't sleep as there was an animal whining and stepping on the roof of our room most of the night and early morning. When talking to the hostess she claimed it must have been a raccoon or sounds from the dogs in their pound, which makes more sense, and she didn't even say they would take that into account to improve the experience of other guests. She seemed not to care when telling her our experience.

A stunning resort with beautiful rooms and the absolute best Colombian hospitality by the staff

A beautiful and stunning venue, from the moment we arrived with the boat, entered through the gates, walked to the amazing spacious and luxurious rooms, everything was great! The staff is however probably even more exceptional than the resort! Friendly, kind, always willing to help, it was absolutely Colombian hospitality at its best. Special thanks to the incomparable Alex, Farid and Sol, but honestly, too many to mention.

It's so spacious and artsy. Absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was really good ( you can see the menu on their website) we ended up trying a lot of the menu. ( I recommend the fried red snapper)Their breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. The employees really care about the guests and want everyone to have a great time . I know alot of ppl just go for the day trip but the nights here are so beautiful with romantic lighting, sand art and dj. It's great for couples, family's or just going with friends. It's a place to completely relax and enjoy yourself. The pool is great and has some shade from nearby trees.

The property and staff are really lovely.

We stayed in a seaview cabin which was very beautiful and had all the creature comforts one could want, but there was only lukewarm water the entire stay. A bit surprising considering it had all other amenities. I could not find this information on the website. When we asked the front desk, thinking it was something that could be fixed, he told us the cabins do not have hot water, I think this should be stated. I would have preferred a room with hot water, other guests may feel the same.
