Maravillosa experiencia

Habitación amplia con vistas al mar y a la bahía. Desayuno delicioso y muy variado. Ubicación perfecta en una zona muy segura a solo 10 minutos del centro histórico, 20 minutos al aeropuerto, al lado del hotel está un centro comercial en donde hay varias opciones de restaurante, súper mercado y tiendas de ropa. El último día no pudimos hacer late check out, sin embargo nos permitieron hacer uso de las instalaciones piscina y Lobby mientras salíamos hacia el aeropuerto. Muy buena experiencia!!

El personal muy amable, la habitación muy confortable, muy completa, una vista divina , lindas instalaciones . Desayuno con mucha variedad. La ubicación es excelente, hay un centro comercial a una cuadra.

El área de piscina es pequeña y se llena demasiado, No hay donde sentarse, recomiendo el hotel para viajes laborales, en el desayuno aunque es buffet no te puedes servir, si no que te van sirviendo y se forman unas largas filas para que te sirvan huevos revueltos que ya están preparados. Me quedé en el piso 48 y se escuchaba hasta la 1-2 am música a alto volumen de la discoteca que queda en el piso más alto del mismo hotel, llame pero no me explicaron, me dijeron que era en la calle y luego me di cuenta que era en el mismo hotel. El precio de la noche es alto para la experiencia en general.

Cumple con lo minimo para el valor.

Moderno hotel con buena ubicacion (como los 100 mas que hay en la misma cuadra), gran piscina pero con horario reducido. Varios ascensores lo cual hacia mínima la espera para moverse en las instalaciones.

El personal no me gusto, ni en la piscina, ni recepción. La piscina cierra a las 18.00 y es el unico lugar donde se puede estar junto al restaurante. Aparte no se si la gente estaba de vacaciones o que..sentado en una de las pocas mesas que hay en la piscina, nadie se acerca a atenderte, tuve que ir yo a la barra, pagarle a la chica ahi y llevarme mi vaso a la mesa. El skybar piso 51, costoso y muy mal aprovechado, si no estas sentado en los bordes del piso, pareciera que estas en un piso 2. Solo te acuerdas que estas en altura por el viento que no te permite ni comer alimentos livianos que te los saca del tenedor. Me voy sin entender el concepto del hotel...me queda la impresión que es de negocios sin embargo la pieza no tiene escritorio como para sentarte con tu computador a diferencia del Hyatt que esta al frente.

Espectacular, falto más deporte.

Desayuno, instalaciones, seguridad, lugar y la ubicación. Atención del personal. Muy buenos alrededores ubicación y oferta de transporte , como gastronómica, instalaciones actualizadas de lujo con buena oferta en todos los aspectos. Lugar perfecto para negocios y familia.

Gimnasio, debería mejorar y tener mejor mantenimiento y maquinas/mancuernas. De resto todo en línea.

El baño de la habitación tenía muy mal olor, ya que no cuentan con extractor de olores, ni una ventana para baños para que pueda salir el mal olor, no te cambian las ropa de cama, si no las tiras al suelo en el baño hay un pequeña tarjeta en la esquina del baño, donde dice que para que te cambien la ropa de cama tienes que tirarla al suelo, me parece que uno de huésped no llega a leer cada pequeña tarjeta que encuentras, más bien me parece que es para desligarse de los servicios obligatorios De un hotel hacer limpieza cada día así que si visitas el hotel tira la sábanas al suelo para que las cambien..

Un poco clasistas los empleados, su amabilidad es dependiendo como vistas o la ropa de marca que lleves (al parecer) el trato tanto a extranjeros como propios debe ser el mismo, mi pregunta es sí ellos pagan más que nosotros? Lots of money to be disrespected

The hotel facilities and furnitures. Modern design. Good location.

The staff were lazy and gross. I was with my fiancé celebrating our anniversary in Cartagena and when we got back at night the security guard at the entrance asked couple of times if she was staying with me in the room as registered guest, assuming she was an escort of something like that. We felt very offended, so I complained with the receptionist and he didn't even apologize for the inconvenient. I'm a member of Estelar loyalty program and I used to love this place but I doubt they'll see us again, we've never been treated like this in any 5 star hotel we stayed. Check in took 1 hour. Wifi in the room wasn't working.

Definetely the best was the staff, they were always friendly, warm and welcoming. Another point to highlight was the breakfast, there was a good range of options and all of them very fresh.

Hotel Estelar in Bocagrande is renowned for its excellent reputation as one of the finest establishments in the area. The hotel boasts a modern and beautifully designed interior. However, it is important to note that occasional issues with the hotel infrastructure can arise, as exemplified by the ongoing renovation of the swimming pool, which has been underway for several months. It would be preferable for the hotel to inform customers about such renovations before they make their reservation, rather than just a few days prior to arrival. This is especially crucial for guests like us, a large family, who specifically chose the hotel for its convenient location and amenities for children. Furthermore, despite the hotel's offer of a day at Hotel Manzanillo Estelar as a solution, it does not adequately address the issue for guests in our situation. In order to take advantage of the all-inclusive benefits at Hotel Manzanillo, we were charged an additional fee. In essence, instead of being compensated for the inconveniences caused by Hotel Estelar's conditions, we were required to pay extra per person, which hardly seems like a fair deal. As a result of these problems, a portion of our family had no choice but to leave the hotel and search for alternative accommodation nearby that could provide suitable facilities for our children. Unfortunately, this meant sacrificing the idea of staying together as a complete family unit. In addition to these concerns, the beaches in front of the hotel have been closed for an extended period. While it is understandable that this situation is beyond the hotel's control, it should have been clearly communicated in their advertisements and promotional materials. Lastly, it is worth mentioning the issue with the hotel's air conditioning. Upon our arrival, the entire hotel, with the exception of our room, was uncomfortably warm.

This property is so elegant, nice and beautiful. it’s so clean; and proper; service is amazing, I can’t get over how beautiful everything is here. I could lick the toilet willingly that’s how clean it is. The buffet breakfast is nice , so many amazing options, it’s literally a whole buffet

I wish the beach from was open but there’s construction going on so it’s understandable

The hotel is great for its value. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool view is fantastic. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the wifi worked great. Breakfast was okay, except for the coffee. A country with such great coffee should make more of an effort to prepare it better.

The restaurant by the pool was not that great in terms of the menu, and one of the male staff was not friendly (only one, everyone else was fantastic).

it's nice that the hotel is relatively close to the old town and the view of the ocean from the higher floors is amazing. staff really makes an effort (although no one looks even remotely happy working there).

the hotel is alright, staff, too, but the crowd it draws makes you feel like your stuck in some white trash 90s sitcom. book this place if you're ready to fight over breakfast items against an army of surgically enhanced (or rather, destroyed) bodies in (literally) their underwear and if you don't think it's weird if 90% of the people at the (extremely busy) pool are busy taking selfies or, respectively, "sexy" pictures of their much, much younger spouse. for germans - this is ballermann (on mallorca) set in a five star hotel. hotel has a skybar on its roof with music too loud to talk even if you scream. apart from that, windows can't be opened (fair enough on the 31st floor), but air in the room was unpleasantly stuffy and humid. if coming to cartagena again, I'd chose a hotel room with balcony, even if the interior is less luxurious. it's hard to hang out outside at night in cartagena without either being surrounded by crazy loud music or putting yourself in danger, so if you're in need for that warm caribbean air at night, you need a balcony.
