El mejor personal!

El personal estuvo siempre presto a ayudarnos. Viajamos a CTG para el IRONMAN 51.50 y en todo momento nos ofrecieron ayuda y facilidades para que nuestra estadía resultara muy cómoda. Heidi, Alfonso y el señor Favian fueron muy serviciales.

Maravilhosa

Hotel lindo, moderno, limpo, quarto grande e cama muito confortável. Localização excelente, perto de muitos opções de restaurante e centro histórico. A vista da piscina é esplêndida. O café da manhã é estilo regional, mas bem completo. Fomos recebidos com drinks de boas vindas e nos foi permitido o check in adiantado. Os funcionários são muito cordiais. Adoramos a estadia, pena que só foi um dia.

Nice location, friendly staff

Very nice hotel, good location, close to the walled city and e.g. Plaza de la Trinidad in Getsemani. The staff is absolutely friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room had a comfortable bed and all amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast is rich in variety, additional specialties could be ordered on demand.

A bit noisy from the hallway as our room was close to the elevator.

Overall we had a great stay at GHL Arsenal, the location and pool are excellent!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Fabi and Luis (Alfonso) who we had many pleasant dealings with. The rooftop pool is also excellent, with lovely views of Bocagrande. The rooms were comfortable and were perfect for what we needed. The location in Getsemani is excellent, and the hotel is only a 5-6 minute walk from the entrance to the Old City.

The rooms were slightly smaller than anticipated, but overall didn't negatively affect our stay in anyway. The breakfast was average when compared with other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Colombia. One issue that we noticed is that birds are able to easily access the terrace where breakfast is held and can be seen on the tables and pecking at food that is laid out. I would suggest covers for all trays/platters in future!

Amazing location for those who want to be super close to the walled city but not stay in the sometimes chaotic walled city :) nice walking area and next to a great restaurant. Great views from the pool! Staff was the best!

Great location, great pool with a beautiful view, and friendly/amazing staff.

The hotel is a nice and cosy boutique hotel. It has an familiar atmosphere, the staff makes you gfeel like home. You feel welcome at every moment. Also the restaurant from the ground floor is fantastic.

There is no proper gym only a room with a walking machine and weights but not even a bench where to use the weights. There are some hidden costs while checking out, but not big deal, you just need to double check your expensens before paying them.

Great experience, absolutely loved it.

Outdoor breakfast was a bit hot on the first day when I arrived, but in the next few days I got up earlier it was way cooler. The location is superb, as well as the travel agency in the lobby.

The room was a bit small, but the bed is large, thank you for upgrading my queen bed to king size.

The most amazing staff, great location and awesome rooftop pool

The front desk staff were so amazing!! they spoke excellent English and went above and beyond for us. They gave us early check in which was so nice and then late check out when we had to wait for an evening flight. The rooftop pool is a great area to chill and the food they serve is amazing. free breakfast was good, had everything you need and the staff are willing to get you anything else you like. location is perfect, a short walk to the buzz of old town but a few blocks removed so it’s not as loud as being within the walls would be.

The room we had was quite small, not enough floor space to go through our suitcases easily before catching a flight. But the rooms are emaculate and have everything you would need otherwise.

Unhelpful staff spoiled stay

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

The towels weren’t changed and the room wasn’t made up despite requesting this. Staff were very unhelpful and passive aggressive.
