Für 2 - 3 Tage ganz ok

Der Pool. Bequeme Betten.

Wenn man über booking.com bucht bekommt man anscheinend ein lautes Zimmer (704). Da die Pumpe für den Pool direkt darüber steht, hört man ein konstantes lautes brummen. Nach Reklamation erhielten wir das Zimmer 204. Auch hier hörte man das brummen noch, aber es war erträglich. Für das ganze Haus gibt es nur 2 Aufzüge für je 4 Personen. Es gibt als Ausweichmöglichkeit kein Treppenhaus. Sonst gibt es nur die Notausgänge über Außentreppen.

La ubicación es buena y tiene mucho estacionamiento. Las habitaciones están limpias

Se escucha TODO el ruido de la calle. Apenas y pudimos dormir. El desayuno se hace un caos. Si no vas antes de las 8, procura evitarlo

liked the matress, very comfortable, clean rooms, courtesy breakfast was fine and convenient location.

staff is limited to resolve customers needs, like room to room calls are not allowed, if you miss putting the tag in the door they will not clean the room; very strict in the check-in time for early show customers,.

Very good

Excellent staff, great location, beautiful views, huge and delicious breakfast, dedicated parking and very clean facilities.

No in room safe, mattress a little too hard and no wash clothes.

Good clean modern hotel centrally located in La Paz

The hotel is clean and new, located very centrally in La Paz. Be aware though that La Paz is a big city, so you definitively need a car to move around. Rooms are basic, bathroom is small, but works fine for a short stay. Breakfast is basic as well, but will do. Excellent wifi.

This is the first hotel ever where they seem to have a strict policy of not letting guests in the room before 3 pm, doesn't matter of your room is cleaned and ready or not: Thou Shall Wait Until 3! Staff was pretty formal and not very clear in explaining.

Very good

Good breakfast spread. Walkable to malecón. Easy parking. Nice view of bay from rooms and from rooftop pool.

The elevators are really slow and small, but concierge helpfully warned us and told us about the stairs (which we used several times). A lower floor might make things easier.

Parking. Breakfast was ok (eggs & meat for tacos).

Strange location, not a fancy area around, and I wonder if walking at night is safe. The rooms are small. Wi-fi could have been better (ok for browsing but nothing else). Better to stay on Malecon for a more or less similar price. The hair dryer was so dirty that we decided not to touch it.

Location and confort. Lucy the guardian is really lovely and friendly. Great staff overall.

A bit pricy compared to other cities I have travelled to. The room is small and there is no fridge.

The beds were not queen beds they are really small and the staff told us that One hotels have beds 8 cm smaller than the global standard for queen beds so they were basically single beds and we booked a room for 3 people so it was very uncomfortable. They should not be offering the rooms saying they have queen beds because they don't have any... It should say 2 single beds in the add.

FD mgr Madness.

Amazing view of La Paz and the Marina from rooftop. Newnest of hotel...liked

Front Desk Mgr ...was training new staff at time of check in....she was rude and bossy to me the New Guest....I couldnt retrive my Reservation from Discharged phone and she fefuse to give me Info on exchange rate to pay Cash....Spke over my request for about 10 min....and wouldnt let me show ger my Resrvation Number...claiming I was not on the hotels system!!!!!

Great staff but minimal accommodation.

The fruit choices were good. It was apparent that there used to be eggs, but the pan was empty and not refilled while I was there.

The room was spartan and very small. There was no restaurant or bar. The atmosphere was more like a hostel than a hotel. The price is high for what you get!

Disappointing stay

We only took breakfast once. I did expect more than a good fruit and decent eggs and it was ok. We like most the location and the parking lot.

Our first room had a very strong cigarette smell and we had to move to another room and the AC didn’t work. The maintenance man took to long to arrive. Every time when we return to the hotel the key card didn’t work.
