Location, near the water and all facilities.
No parking, no safe box.

The room itself was okay and clean. The view from the balcony was of the ocean. Location, outside of the noisy neighborhood bar, was good.
The bathroom sink didn't drain. The toilet got backed up wouldn't flush. No coffee maker in the room. The people who worked the front desk didn't have knowledge to help tourists. They were very nice though

I enjoyed the small place with only 10 rooms. The design of landscape.
No breakfast but that was expected.

the property was in a great location right next to the Melacon. Very clean room and friendly staff.
the only reason I’m not giving it 10 stars is because the clubs close by played very loud music until 4am on Fri and sat night.

Location is great, right off the malecon, close to restaurants and shops.
Our room was right next door to a restaurant, it was noisy at times until they closed for the night.

Our room didn't come with breakfast
Room #1 was very cold! We were there in Feb and the room was too cold for me I asked for a extra blanket for the bed, but it felt like a walk in cooler! Can't comment on the other rooms.

The glass door to the room.

A beautiful, Mediterranean theme in a convenient, quiet location on the Malecon makes this a perfect hotel in La Paz. I highly recommend it.
Like most hotels in La Paz, there was no fridge nor microwave
9.0
Great location, nice view of the city, clean facility, friendly staff.
The stairs are very narrow! No elevators, so plan accordingly with luggage if you live above first floor.

Easy to get to it
No coffee in the morning

Not much at all. Staff was friendly.
Very disappointed with the entire room and hotel itself. There was no parking on site. There were no amenities at all with the exception of very basic toiletries. Room and hotel is old. There was no room to really place items. The bathroom sink nozzle was placed off the side and water was dripping outside the sink area. The refrigerator didn't work, so we weren't able to keep any drinks cold. The view of the water was only a partial view as there was a palm tree right in the middle of our sight. Did not like having to go up and down a spiral staircase, particularly as the heat on the metal makes it difficult to hang onto while going up or down. There were no room phone, clock or tissues in the room. Very disappointed with everything.

Location of hotel is excellent. Perfect for walking around the malecon and visiting museums and sites in La Paz. Room was comfortable and more spacious than I had thought. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great in the room. Hotel was very quiet. No noise issues.
Would have liked a coffee maker or daily water in the room as it was a bit of a walk to the nearest store to buy water.

Good location - quick access to the malecon (tourist shops and restaurants), and also to restaurants that locals go to. We checked in after long kayak trip - staff was very helpful with laundry (an urgent need!).
We rented 2 rooms. There were bugs (cockroaches) in our second room when we returned each of 2 nights. I talked to the front desk person about this, and they shrugged it off, saying they'll need to fumigate (after we leave). We would return here, but request 2nd story rooms.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and helpful! It's also in a good location. It was quiet at night, without any noise.
The hotel's facilities are very old. On my last morning, when I checked out at 8am, there was no staff at the front desk and the lobby was closed.
