Very good

I was accommodated in another room after complain (previous room was with cigarette odour). The second room was bigger (higher standard) Bathrooms are really clean, spacious. Free parking. Personnel was really nice and ready to help. Breakfast wasn't with wide choice menu but tasty.

Location was way out of town thankfully taxis are cheap! Big hotel felt very empty and unwelcoming think I was only guest and renovations were still going on no staff except painter when owner Ars did arrive was quite curt because I didn’t speak much Russian put me into his wife who spoke some English and was helpful - bathroom tiny given such a big room and water leak bed really uncomfortable great viewing area at front of hotel but no view ! A garage and abandoned buildings ! Place needs better decor and ti feel more warm and friendly a full time receptionist with a proper reception would be a start!!

Superb

This is an amazing hotel in an amazing place with a great view from the balcony.

It was a little cold in the rooms during the night in the end of September, as the heaters were not on yet.

this is a great place for pretty much anyone. we stayed with kids and Laguna Hotel has all of it. there is a playground, a sandbox, tennis table, soccer field, pool. staff is very friendly and helpful.

it is hard to find anything you wouldn’t like at this place.

Friendly staff, very clean, slight cigarette smoke odor, uncomfortable if you need to do work.

The hotel was clean as a whistle. Housekeeping kept the floors immaculate by cleaning nearly every hour. The inside of the room was also spotless. The staff was kind and solicitous, particularly in light of the fact that I am disabled at the moment.

Several things. One was that there were only four major directed ceiling light fixtures, and one of them at the entrance to the room was out. I am on crutches so it was dangerous to have this entryway in particular poorly illuminated. Also, there was no desk or even any kind of table top or wall-affixed counter to put a laptop on there and do any work. I had to use a very small and low night table that led to back pain from leaning over to use the computer. There was a vague after-odor of cigarette smoke in the room. Finally, the breakfast was average. There was no fresh fruit put out for guests. I had to ask for some, and what they brought was a couple of tiny sour apples and unripe plums. But the rest was standard fare and ok.

Very pleasant, comfortable, quiet and cozy.

Breakfast was ok, with all basic products available for the morning.

During the breakfast there was no sausages or hams from meat products, there was only hot dogs.

In total, it’s great.

It’s exceedingly clean and room is nice. The staff/people there are accommodating. Breakfast is really good too and i liked especially the organic home made tea that they serve.

It’s just a little smelly when we entered at first because maybe the previous guests smoked inside the room. We just opened the window to let fresh air came inside and it was fine already.

Very nice hotel

The hotel Laguna exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large and clean, all the necessary things are available (fan, slippers, hygienic accessories, water, electric teapot etc..) Breakfast was OK, the staff is hospitable and friendly. The courtyard of the hotel is wonderful with a beautiful view and a beautiful garden. Thanks a lot!

The staff and hotel manager are so kind and always smiling, the hotel court is big and so lovely, highly recommend 🥰🥰 We extended for more few days🥰 definitly will come back again 💖
