Great location and price.

The location was lovely with a great view of the sea. It was along the walking street to many restaurants with outdoor seating. Our room had a full/queen bed and a twin bed.

There was no breakfast, which was not an issue for us.

Excellent place to stay!

Great location to walk along the water with several restaurants and excellent view. The garden courtyard was perfect for watching the sunset. Delicious breakfast cake in the morning too! Comfy beds and very quiet to sleep. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

A good place to stay pre or post cruise that is a reasonably priced and well located to everything

We chose this due its location and reasonable price- and we were not expecting a 5 star hotel but somewhere clean and comfortable between cruises out of Civitavecchia . it did not disappoint- located by a small marina and sea it was also only a quick and easy walk (even with luggage) from the central train station We later found that even the cruise port was walkable -some 30 minutes at my slow speed - so unless you are overloaded with luggage can actually manage that too - if not its only a short few minutes taxi ride or taking the port bus from train station. Our room was basic but had an ensuite - which was perfectly adequate for us. The room also had great views of the sea and sitting outside in the garden you could enjoy the views. And despite a road just outside the garden wall we were never bothered by any noise issues. We also had aircon which was a real bonus in 30plus temperatures….A basic breakfast etc also came with the room - which was more than enough for us On recommendation we discovered the “all you can eat pizza” place up the road too - and despite the language barrier we somehow managed to eat way too much (it was SO good… ) And our hostess was great - so friendly and informative- plus she always replied promptly to any earlier emails i sent - thank you so much - it was appreciated We will definitely stay here again when we come back for another cruise

Nothing- was exactly what we were expecting - but if you want 5 star - go elsewhere

Exceptional

The breakfast was wonderful, as was the garden. It was exceptionally clean, and communication with Giulia was excellent. All in all a great place to stay, very relaxed yet it had all the amenities and was in a perfect location.

Nice B&B on beautiful beach.

Loved this comfortable b & b, right on the beach, with shops and restaurants along the walkway. Beautiful spot. Would loved to have spent more time there.

perfect stay … recommend this facility without reservation.

location location location ——- right across from the beach and near great restaurants. it was interesting having a large shared common breakfast room —- given it was January we were one of the only occupants so it all felt spacious. civitavecchia is a wonderful place to explore —- the size made the experience intimate. We loved our time at the B&B Maison De Revel

not quite enough furniture in our room …. given many now work remotely ( as my wife and I do),,,,, a good desk is essential,

Julia, the owner is fantastic. The room was good, not great, but really for a 1 or 2 night stay before boarding your cruise ship it was more than fine.

The bathroom shower didn't have soap in it. Had to take soap dispenser from sink and leave on floor of shower to use.

Clean & very comfortable!

Great location along beachfront minutes from a wide variety of restaurants. Easy to find with a ten minute walk from train station. Clean, bright rooms w private bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Very welcoming & accommodating hostess Guilia made us Canucks feel very welcome! Highly recommended!! Photo attached is view from front yard...

Only improvement would've been a small fridge in the room...

Giulia ordered us a ride from the B&B to our cruise ship and stayed with until our ride. We had a very nice conversation with her while waiting. We can't walk very far so her assistance is greatly appreciated.

Fanstastic location and hosts - highly recommended

Great location, especially if you are going on a cruise. Bus station to get to port is 5 min walk away. Hosts were absolutely amazing and the accomadation was lovely.

Hidden gem in Civitavecchia

This hotel/apartment has a perfect location. You just walk out the gate and you have all the best restaurants and views in the city. Spacious clean room and comfortable beds.

The first impression was that the hotel was dirty because of the untidy garden and cats laying around, but the room was clean. The breakfast was as simple as you can get with no services at all.

Location was perfect. Quiet, but not far from anything. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The town was a very nice surprise. Clean, friendly, safe. Not what I expected for a port town.

Better explanation of how to use the coffee machine. But if it was that important, I could have asked.

Cute, clean and perfect pre-cruise location in Civitaveccia

Guilia was lovely, the room and facilities were spotless. Great selection breakfast and hot and cold drinks. The all you can eat pizza restaurant down the street a lovely recommendation, thank you.

Quaint at a good value

Great location to the port. Close to lots of good restaurants, linens were okay; bed very low to the floor; television stations extremely limited; breakfast lovely; Guila was very nice!

Bathroom towels and bed linens could have been a little nicer. An extra pillow would have been nice and a DVD or 2 to watch in our spare time. We don't know the language and there wasn't much to do at night in the cold weather so we would have LOVED a nice movie or something in English to spend our time.

Excellent location, Giulia was a helpful owner, although all done via text, didn’t see her at all.

It was a little tired, some updating and repairs required (eg a loose electrical socket in our bedroom, some gloss required on timber work, I had to push the architrave back above the door as it was falling off). Nothing major just little bits that spoil the whole experience. I think the images whilst accurate enough are a little disingenuous rather than reflective of the true nature of the standard of B&B. The breakfast was un-appealing, supermarket packets that could have been there for goodness knows how long. The breakfast ‘included’ charged for coffee with a pay machine! In all honesty they’d be better off NOT including breakfast. We ate elsewhere.
