Would definitely stay again.

Flavia was very welcoming. Room was comfy and spotless. Location was great although I did have a little trouble finding it as I forgot it was a B&B not a hotel so the signs were not as visible. All in all a great B&B for my one night stay before my cruise.

The downside was the breakfast. You had to go across the street and there wasn't much of a choice. Staff there were not friendly.

A short, but impressive night in Civitavecchia ☺️

Flavia (the host) is very friendly. She was responding very fast, to find a suitable check in time was easy. Beside the nice location, the nice room I was very surprised about the Coffee machine in the room 😋😊

Excellent location for a stay-over to board a cruise ship

Very friendly host (Flavia), helpfull, English is excellent. She also arranged a taxi pick-up from FCO airport Walkable distance to the shuttlebus to the ships, even with large suitecases Breakfast is in a small cafe on the opposite site of the street. B&B might be hard to find (we had a pick-up knowing the location), but it is right next to the McD restaurant close to the fortress And....don't forget to have a (the best!) icecream in town, Flavia can tell you where it is

Delightful restful and peaceful stay close to everything.

This property was delightful such a convenient place to stay before going on a cruise. 5 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins walk from a free shuttle to take you to your vessel. The room had a beautiful view overlooking the harbour which was lovely. A very secure and quiet nights rest. Thankyou Flavia..

There wasn’t any milk for a coffee or tea available, some of your guests (like us) would appreciate that.

If you need a basic place to crash for a night this will work. The host is very nice and helpful.

We booked this for 1 night before boarding a cruise ship. The location is very close to the cruise port and about a10 minute walk from the train station. The host was extremely nice and flexible on our arrival time.

It's a very basic room with a simple bed and bathroom arrangement - minimalist. Our room had an external window shade that would not cover the entire window so we had a good deal of street light all night. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but not terrible either. If your expectations are for a simple, basic accommodation this will work.

Comfortable, good value accommodation in an excellent location

The accommodation was simple and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and she was very helpful and fast to respond. The location was excellent. I walked with ease from the accommodation to my cruise ship. There were lots of good restaurants and shops nearby as well as a pharmacy that did my last minute COVID antigen test on the spot. The view from the room was lovely and although there was a busy street outside it was completely quiet. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I had a breakfast voucher for use at a nearby cafe which entitled me to a coffee and croissant. If I wanted more for breakfast I could have purchased it at the cafe.

I arrived late due to a delayed flight so had to find the place at night. It’s not very obvious where it is. In the joining instructions I think it would be helpful if the host included that the entrance is a big brown door right next to McDonalds. With that information it would be very easy to find. The shutter in my room did not fully close and so I was woken up very early by the sunrise. I understand that things break at the last minute but this really does need to be fixed. Both these issues are very easy for the host to resolve.

Wonderful room with a superb view. Very handy for the local restaurants and bars, and not far from the cruise port either. Wonderfully welcoming host too!

Great place to say for a stop over before boarding a cruise ship.

The location was excellent but it was a little hard to locate. Being from the USA I am used to large signs, doorways and places that are easily recognizable. I would suggest that the hotel be a bit more discriptive as to how to locate the place either through email or directions on Booking. Otherwise, it is a great place, clean with a great view.

Nice view and hostess, but not what we expected.

The location was great and the room was clean. The hostess was very nice. There was a nice view.

The room is accessed by an elevator but you have to climb steps with heavy luggage to get to the elevator. There is no clear marking as to the location of the B&B. The room was very hot when we arrived and it took some time to cool it off. The TV did not work properly. The hostess gave us 3 keys for entry - one for the street level, one for the outer door to her units and one for our room. They were not marked and the door into her units was bolted from the inside. Luckily there were people leaving as we were trying to enter. That situation could have been better
