We loved that our cabin overlooked the nature/small Valley, the view was incredible and we could Watch a nice sunrise and Sunset.
Staff was very very friendly, the restaurant had an incredible view!
The cabins had a great style and comfy bed.
8.0
The food was excellent as well as the comfort room and location.

one of the best lodges we stayed in Namibia, amazing view of the sunset from the pool, beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable, one of the few places in Namibia with wi fi in the room
-could have more options for lunch and dinner apart from the expensive buffet at the main restaurant
-tours/ drives were also expensive

Very friendly and helpful staff (thanks for car wash). But, that's all... Accommodation is very overpriced and ratio between power and price is very low... We visited few acc from Gondwana (f.e. etosha king nehale, and canyon village) and this is worst choice from gondwana selection... (and very expensive)... rooms are clean and comfty.
very overpriced and ratio between power and price is very low...

Great location, excellent facilities, tasty food, beautiful view of sunset from deck and restaurant and lots of adventure-related activities.
Local resort mechanic overfilled my tires...needed 1.8 and he put in 3...had a flat about 40 minutes outside Palmwag. Lesson learned...always check your tire pressure yourself.

Wonderful Location with beautiful view with palmtrees in the middle of the desert. Stunning Sunset!

Location and setting are stunning. Great restaurant overlooking the valley with Elephants eating only metres away. Great food!
Don’t try the local Namibian wine, tastes like Vinegar!

it view was good
the staff was not really friendly. they weren’t rude but compared to other places we stayed , they were not very welcoming. the food was just ok

Palmwag looks like an Oasis from the road. It is a beautiful spot and the Elephants came to visit!
There is a problem. What? I do not know. The staff is lethargic and leaning on the counters. Information is not forthcoming. The Breakfast Buffet was dried out eggs and bacon, preprepared and steaming away in a bainemarine. It is impersonal and with every question, I asked was answer was NO! ... I read wonderful reviews but apparently, it was from before The Godwana Group took possession.

Great place to stay. The camp2go tents were excellent, comfy and clean with everything you need for your stay.We stayed at 2 Gondwana properties and could not have hoped for more.A must if you go to Namibia.
There is nothing to dislike.

Beautiful and remote location with stunning sunset views from the dining area and decks. Elephants came to visit during the night and left a parcel on the lawn! Rooms are relatively small but very comfortable. Lovely swimming pools, would be a great destination for a group of friends.

Dinners on both nights were very good. Sunsets amazing. The Camp to Go option was well kitted out. We could have self-catered with all the equipment that was supplied, but bringing meat in from the north is a problem due to controls at Palmwag conservancy.

The staff and the wildlife
Helpfull staf with everything. Nice atmosfeer. In the middle of the Torra Conservancy with all the wildlife, even black dessert rhinos. Great being there.
7.0
The tented accommodation we booked was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the staff were warm and friendly.
The activities around the lodge were lackluster. There are few animals around the lodge. We went on long safari drives (5hrs) to see one jackal, two giraffes - far away, and a couple of springboks.
7.0
The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Food was not up to the standard of the overall experience, hence, some points deduction.
6.0
The hotel ground is very well maintained, the views are impressive. The tent/room itself was spacious, well equipped and extremely clean.
The staff at the reception and at the bar seem nice, but not at all forthcoming. No "welcome" nor "how can I help you" nor "have a good trip" - those are just small phrases to make guests feel comfortable. For the high price we expected more. Also a small map of the hotel grounds would have been nice.

The glamping tents were very spacious and comfortable, with all the trimmings for a self-catering stay.

New concept of Camping to Go. Stunning landscape. Friendly personnel. Well maintained place.
No complaints

Friendly and very helpful staff, and a great location, even having a house elephant, fantastic stay, next time we stay here longer
8.0
We liked the remote location and beautiful surroundings. Our camp2go site was better than expected. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
The staff that greeted us were kind of cold and they did not give us good directions to our site. They were less than friendly and their hospitality skills could definitely be improved.
