Beautiful little hotel in the charming town of Fira.

Fantastic ocean/caldera/sunset views from our balcony. Delicious breakfasts delivered to the room. Lovely owners and staff. Maria and Yannis were so nice and very helpful with bookings of tours and restaurants., etc.

Lots of stairs to and from the hotel.

Highly Recommended, a fabulous place to stay in Santorini

It is near town center of Fira. Maria and her father is very hospitable. They make my stay so comfortable and amazing. The breakfast is superb and the view of caldera and sunset is breathtaking. The suite is very quiet and private. Everyday they refill water and a bottle of wine in the fridge which is a complimentary. I enjoyed so much the private jacuzzi .I will definitely come back.

Host/manager made Santorini experience memorable and so convenient, highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops but still quiet and relaxing. As most hotels in Santorini, you will have to climb up/down to reach the hotel but the hotel has their own porter to help you with your luggages. Breakfast is so bountiful, like a feast, which you can eat in your room or in the veranda where you can enjoy the view, which is spectacular! The room is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities like toiletries, water, soda and even a complimentary wine provided. The host/manager of the hotel, Maria & are dad, go out of their ways to help meet you need and expectations, from booking airport transfer, making tour and restaurant recommendations and reservations to offering their porter to go and show you how to get to the restaurants and tour meeting place. They made our Santorini experience not only memorable but also very easy and convenient which is why we take a holiday. Highly recommend and will go back & stay again!

Asma is classic Santorini. The suites are nestled in the hills overlooking the Aegean see, just a short walk form the center of Fira. A sumptuous Breakfast is served on the porch in front of the room. Above all is the hospitality of Maria. She goes beyond and above to make the stay more than comfortable and an experience one doesn't forget. She did reservations for an island tour and a birthday dinner before we even arrived. I can highly recommend Asma Suites and it will be our first place to go back to. Thank you Maria.

Good stay

Owners are very nice people. View is excellent. Its readymade breakfast average type. Room TV is a bit lousy with poor line of channels for the price. Reception is open for only two to three hours per day, you get help only using WhatsApp etc. Caldera side is mostly very windy and colder than rest of Santorini and market area. There are lots of steps to reach this location, nearest car parking is at least 200 meters away.

A Stunning Experience in Santorini

We were upgraded to the Sky Suites by Maria. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The sunset was amazing. Breakfast was good. Love the privacy and the quiet tranquil environment yet still pretty close to the town centre. The staffs was friendly and accomodating. Thank you to Maria for the upgtade and arranging all our needs and also to Mr Yannis (I hope I get the spelling right) who is such a pleasant person and to the lady who attended to our room cleaning and the person that handled and assistedus on our baggage hamdling. In all it was a marvellous stay and would recommend the Asma Suites for those who visit Santorini. Would love to come back again...

The service, accommodation, breakfast, helpfulness, local information, ease of arrival and departure pickup to and from the new ferry port terminal left us wanting for nothing. Maria is the perfect host and left no stone unturned in ensuring our stay met every expectation leaving us reluctant to leave.

Our stay at Asma Suites exceeded our expectations. The views are breathtaking! Impossible to describe. Beautiful rooms with everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine. We were welcomed with a bottle of white wine. Breakfast was served each morning and it was delicious. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset. Thank you Maria and Giannis! We will definitely be back!

Overwhelming hospitality from host and the most amazing views and breakfast! Can't wait to return!

The host is extremely accomodating and responsive! She sent someone to assist in finding a parking spot and carrying our luggage to the room despite a late flight in, recommended sights and restaurants and delivered an amazing and delicious breakfast right to our room or patio each morning. Our patio was private and quiet and the view from our room was so unbelievable we found it hard to leave!

The beds are firmer than we prefer.

Private sunset watching with spectacular caldera views and excellent service.

Maria (superhost) remained in contact with us from our arrival at the airport. She guided us to the property which newcomers to Santorini would struggle to find. We were met by an assistant who provided keys, assisted with our luggage and helped us get settled. The staff is very attentive, friendly and on task. Janos, on-site manager, is accessible and speaks good English.

Location, Location, Location. Each of the 5 rooms at Asma Suites offers spectacular sweeping views of the caldera with frontrow seating to each night's sunset show. Each room includes a private patio with table and chairs and a private 2-seat jetted jacuzzi. The spacious room is a "cave-type" construction so it's super quiet and well insulated. The HVAC kept the room warm or cool. The daily breakfast included fresh fruit, drinks, Greek yogurt with Greek honey, delicious fresh bakeries, and meats and cheeses. The location is also near Fira nightlife.

Maria and her family are wonderful hosts. Maria helped arrange a great wine tour for us and recommended activities even though we were here in the off season. The breakfast is fantastic. Location is great and the room and the views are spectacular. Cannot say enough good things about Asma Suites.

Amazing sunset views with private hot tub and very friendly owners. The location is perfect!

Maria & her father Giannos were so kind to us during our three night stay. The accommodation was perfect with an amazing view of caldera.

There is little to not like about this property , it is a very special place to say. We are so glad we found it.

Outstanding place to stay in Fira, can't recommend enough!

Incredible location and setting in Fira. Both Maria and Giannis were amazing hosts and so friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay even better. We especially appreciated the room upgrade as well as the wine and water left in our rooms / fridge. The views from the property over the caldera are so good, and especially for sunset. The hotel is small and feels very private as there are no paths going by it. Each room has it's own chairs and table as well as jacuzzi on the patio which are great for relaxing. Location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the bus station. Can't recommend staying here enough!

Perfect in every way

The hotel and its location was could not be any better. Incredible views, beautiful room, private deck over looking the ocean and caldera and located in the heart of Fira. Santorini was a quick add on to a trip to Italy. Maria, the hotel owner, helped us a lot figure out how best to experience the island and even scheduled the relevant tours for us. we were traveling with our daughter and the room we had at Asma had a Queen and a twin bed - as opposed to other hotels having pull out beds only for a 3rd guest. This made my daughter much more comfortable.

Exceptional Hotel

Our stay at Asma Suites in August was amazing! Maria was very responsive by email prior to our visit. She helped us reserve a catamaran tour, a driver for a private winery tour and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. That was great but then we arrived and it got even better! We were upgraded to the Sea Suite which is at the lower level of the property. The balcony, the room, everything exceed our expectations. We were amazed at how quiet it was on the balcony even though we were feet from bustling Fira and balanced over the ocean. The room was incredibly clean and sanitized. Maria and her staff were onsite each day and available as needed. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the activity but still allows you to get away from the Santorini crowds, do not hesitate to book this property!

An absolutely fantastic stay with views to die for

The owner Maria was extremely friendly, responsive - her restaurant suggestion was fabulous. The view from the property is unbelievable - definitely recommend everyone thinking of staying in Thira to stay here. I did see some comments about terrace and jacuzzi privacy in other reviews - if you are extremely particular about this, just have a detailed look at all the rooms available - it is all detailed in the descriptions. Our terrace was shared with another suite and we did not find this to be a problem at all.

Breakfast is one area that can be improved - totally fine that it is packaged from a catering, but would benefit from more healthier options. Otherwise our stay was magnificent.
