Great location, nice room, friendly staff.

Great location, only a short distance from town, beach and pier. Lovely clean and airy room. Good breakfast and staff were all friendly and helpful.

The stairs were a challenge, but thanfully staff offered to take our case up for us.

Quirky and good fun. Highly recommended.

For once everything lived up to the hype and the photos. large spacious victorian room with all modern facilities. Pretty quirky and attractive. The onsite Bistro [breakfast and dinner] was absolutely marvellous [ including decor] with excellent service and an extremely high standard of food. To be perfectly honest the standard set in the bistro befitted a very high class restaurant. Far better than many notable restaurants we use. It was like 1st class silver service with bistro atmosphere. Food cooked and presented individually - hot and very fresh and on warmed plates, wonderful wine selection and all served by a small but happy group of people who shone at their jobs.You'll want for nothing. Breakfast was just the same. All exceptional! Owners have great knowledge of the local facilities and places to visit.

Due to the fact it was a traditional victorian house there are some problems of stairs for people of limited mobility and although they organised the parking for us very well it sometimes takes quite a bit of manoeuvring. Location was excellent for easy access to all local facilities and promenade but of course Llandudno is a tightly built resort and neighbouring properties are quite close by. Venetian blinds needed to be used.

Great short break

Superb position, superb staff, superb large room with excellent fittings. Bed was extremely comfortable. Large flat lcd tv. Loose leaf tea and coffee bags. Great breakfast . Off road parking

Best breakfast and room ever

This place is amazing, I'm so glad we booked it. We were greeted on arrival by Brian who is lovely and friendly, he showed us to our huge room with a walk thru closet leading to a large bathroom. The place was spotless and there were complimentary drinks and cakes in the fridge. The location is great, we were just off the seafront near to the pier, we could see the sea from our room. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely go back. The breakfast in the morning was included even tho it's not mentioned on the booking and it was one of the best I've had anywhere, the mushrooms were fantastic, the young guy serving us was really friendly, helpful and polite, couldn't have been a nicer experience all round really.

We found parking on the road just up from Snooze so no problems but it was quite busy even tho it was mid week in April so not sure about summer time, though there could have been private parking somewhere.

Good clean spacious accommodation. Friendly staff. Location a few yards from sea front and short walk to town centre. Breakfast was generous including a vegetarian option. Highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting Llandudno

Perfect stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Snooze. We had a great room with large, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with superb shower. The food was first class, we ate in the restaurant - the delicious seafood platter - and had a spectacular breakfast. Mouth wateringly delicious food which is worth paying the extra for as it was such a treat. Compliments to the chef! Finally, we'd like to thank Kieran and Brian for looking after us so well. What a fantastic team - a credit to the establishment. We will definitely stay at Snooze again when in Llandudno. Many thanks to all who made our visit perfect.

Thank you to all the snooze staff for making us feel so welcome.

We had such a lovely evening, the staff were very welcoming on arrival, showed us up to our room, the room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had an evening meal at the property which is tapas style food, a great selection on the menu and very tasty! This was our first time visiting Llandudno and we will most defiantly be visiting snooze again. Thank you

Lovely Place To Stay

Location is great, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also great quality and plentiful.

There are a LOT of stairs and no lift. Not a big problem for the reasonably-fit, and we'll worth the climb.

Probably wouldn't stay again, but there are so many to choose from

The room was exactly as expected, large and decoration to a very high standard all looked very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, location was great, huge tv screen. Fresh Milk, i was greeted on arrival very nicely, and shown to my room, all pretty much perfect to the end of a very long day. Even managed to find parking behind the hotel.

Breakfast wasn't served until 8.30, too late for me as needed to get away (working) but my biggest issue was the room was cold when i arrived as no heating was on, and the room remained cold despite the heating coming on later for a short while, the bathroom heating did not work at all, so too cold to stay in there for any length of time. Despite it all looking very nice i woke very early due to temperature and decided to leave at 3.30am as it was warmer in the car for my journey home. The fridge rattled terribly when it came on until it turned off, so turned it off, and there was a timer on the wall which was ticking away annoyingly so removed this also. Only 2 coffee bags in the room, but I'm sure i could of got more if i asked, but fresh milk none of this uht rubbish

Lovely hotel, delicious food

A lovely hotel, such a warm and friendly welcome, the room was immaculate and a bonus small bottle of prosecco on arrival. Car parking is available too. The tapas menu in the evening had such a variety of choice and the breakfasts were delicious, a definite 10/10. The hotels location is perfect, just a short walk to the seafront, pier and to the shopping area.

Would recommend to anyone staying in Llandudno

Parking in Llandudno is difficult but the staff provided a space for the weekend which helps tremendously. The room was like a small apartment and extremely clean. The breakfast selection was fabulous and extremely delicious. The bar/restaurant is modern and cosy. Everything is well priced. Would recommend Snooze to all travelling to Llandudno.

Wifi was quite slow but did the job for the weekend.

A lovely place to visit

Well located for the Tram,pier,cable car and beach. The room was huge fantastic shower big bed and clean.The staff are most helpful could not help you enough . When you get to the property you need to park on the other side of the road run in tell them you’re there and they move cars for you to park as parking is limited around that area still no problem,breakfast was very good one of the best I’ve had in a long time. We dinned in the restaurant with a tapas menu absolutely amazing .Overall a very good stay.

The best place we have stayed in 5 weeks

So, so spacious. Huge bathroom and large shower. Fridge even in the room. Clean and perfect position. Excellent breakfast.

Very good

Huge, beautiful room. Great location. Lovely breakfast and very pleasant gentleman that served us. Only issue is parking, we were lucky as we arrived earlier than expected, but may be a problem if you arrive later. Be prepared to wake up early(3.40am) with the seagulls!! only to be expected , take earplugs!!

Very nice hosts and staff lovely,room & shower great,good location to shops,promenade and places to eat. They have lovely meals and great selection of wines. We recommend this property.

Someone a lot older may find the stairs a little much,ask for a lower level.
