Nice and tidy room. Restaurant and pub in this hotel were cozy and food in restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff.
TV didn't work well. The rainy and cloudy weather caused some problem for TV broadcast.

Location is in the quieter area of Llandudno, with lovely views of the sea and Great Orme. Parking is 'great' right outside on main road. Staff pleasant and helpful, evening meal and breakfast excellent. Everything in the bedroom lovely. Will certainly recommend.
Nothing to dislike.

Amazing experience in this little hotel!
With never being to Llandudno before we managed to find this little gem on booking which was really well priced for one night, upon arriving we was really surprised that the view surrounding the hotel had what felt like everything, a sea view out the front with the mountains of Anglesey to the left and around to the right the side off great orme. The weather was perfect for our stay with the sun glistening down upon us which ment that people was walking along the beach and family's in the park opposite which did mean the outside bar had plenty of people coming for a drink and making it feel very family friendly.
Upon checking in and being giving the information about our room (room 3) and apologized that they are currently going through a renovation on site and making upgrades (which didn't affect us) we headed to our room. The room was absolutely beautiful with a large sofa, queen size bed, wardrobe, draws ect. The bathroom was beautiful and matched the rest of the room with it's theme. The shower was an overhead shower which has now made me really want one of my own!
The room came with plenty of tea and coffee facilities which included bottles of water and even hot chocolate which was a nice edition.
Once we got our stuff in we noticed our window wasn't fully facing the sea as it was the side of the hotel, which at first we thought we may feel a little disappointed but once we looked and viewed we was absolutely made up with the fact that even though yes we may have been on the side but we could still see the sea clearly with sea and a perfect view of the hills of great orme included which really made it feel special and even better then just one view!!!
Would definitely be asking for the same room next time we stay as it was amazing and the host was really welcoming and a pleasure!
Having to check out to leave and go home.

Good location on the seafront, short 15 min walk to town, 10 mins to the main pier.
Breakfast was good.
Staff very welcoming and helpful.
The room/hotel was a little dated/unkept and I believe the whole place is in the middle of refurbishment so fingers crossed improvements are on their way.
Wifi was poor in our room.

A Great location right on the seafront, steeped with historical surroundings from Alice in wonderland. The restaurant, the food at dinner time was exquisite. At the front of house was Adam, very friendly and outgoing. Nothing was too much trouble.
My superior double room was stylish and opulent with a very comfortable king size bed, and a corner suite too. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend for the food alone.

Excellent location, great room and view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked for a New Years Eve getaway and chose the Lilly over our usual choice. We were absolutely delighted with our choice. The owner was very accommodating in that checking out on New Years Day breakfast was to be a little later than usual (understandable as the New Years party went on until the early hours) although offered an earlier table as we planned an early start. For this I want to say a massive âThank You!â⌠very accommodating.
There really wasnât anything not to like , we will be booking again.

Room was good size

The breakfast. Although there was no attention to making sure nothing ran out. Like plates, bread and butter
May have been 4 star once but I wouldn't rate it now. The facilities were poor in our room. Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. The fan did not work in the bathroom and no window to open. The description said large double bed, it was a double bed, nothing large about it. The bed was so uncomfortable, I think it had, had it's day. The pillows were lifeless. My partner could smell damp but I think it was coming from the bathroom as it had no ventilation. We couldn't leave the door open because the light stayed on if you opened the door. I paid ÂŁ144 for 2 nights, I don't think it was worth it at all

Really nice stay. Excellent position, opposite the west shore & nr the gt orme, with lovely walks but still only a short walk to Llandudno centre & main attractions. A short drive to Conwy.
Our room was a good size & tastefully decorated. I'd asked for a walk in shower, due to a back problem,& that's what we got & in a nice modern bathroom. We ate in the restaurant & the food & service was good. The breakfast was good too. We will deffinately stay again. Good value for money.
Nothing much.A few areas need a bit of tlc, breakfast room mainly, but nothing major & certainly nothing that would spoil your stay.

Friendly staff, breakfast very good.
The room needs up dating, damp patches on the wall, furniture needs to be up dated or up cycled.

Location is great
Breakfast was really tasty, good size and good value
Staff were helpful
The bathroom was clean and modern.
The room was very shabby, worn out furniture and the mattress especially was long overdue being replaced.
The door closer and lock on the door were also very much in need of repair or replacement, felt like someone could just push the door open if they wanted.
1.5
Good comfortable bed
Good tea making facilities
- Bathroom - the bath dripped all night...
- staff weren't interested in checking me in, they found providing me with a receipt hard work. I did feel sorry for the one member of staff on the bar as she was effectively working on her own, and she did apologise.
- i felt anything i asked was too much trouble - staff need some training.
= breakfast was a bit poor
