The stay was great. Room comfortable, shower powerful. Good areas outside to enjoy. Easy walk into the centre.
Only downside was no aircon in the room and it was hot.
4.0
Great value for money. Not a bad location.
The kitchen is so small for so many people that can cook there. Rubbish bins were overflowing.

Close to CDB
The pillows were like pancakes
The room had a funny musty smell
Amenities were lacking
Lamp was broken and didn't work
Tv remote missing batteries
4.5
Good rooms and amenities
Maybe the bar next door was loud with people

The cleaniness of the rooms, and the common areas was really good. It was fairly quiet and warm during our trip. Bonus is you get 10% at the restaurant when you stay. This is really helpful and the food at the restaurant especially their breakfast is just amazing.
The bed is a bit firm for someone who doesn't like firm beds too much. But it's a personal preference. For the price, its fairly good hotel to spend a night or two.

The garden with hammocks was great.
Fridge was very full and the kitchen in general quite tiny

Our 3rd stay here, convenient for town and airport, everything you need, comfortable room and great facilities
Nothing not to
4.5
Family friendly and comfortable
Could hear next door coming and going in the middle of the night

Communal kitchen good for saving money on meals out. Green tea along with the usual tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch.
Mini toiletries use too much plastic, let's have refillable bottles in the bathroom.

We Stayed in one of the motel rooms. The way they are situated around the grassed area is great and that you are also able to use all the facilities in the lodge if need be. Also handy having an onsite Restaurant, the restaurant staff were great, Hannah in particular was awesome, sure that was her name... Great priced room.
Rooms were ok but abit scummy looking. Bathroom looked x3 times bigger in the photos. The shower head is really short, I'm 6ft and had to bend down to use it and no shelf in there for shampoo ect. No facilities apart from a kettle but in saying that it's nothing to pop into the kitchen in the lodge building. Parking is a bit of a nuisance. We were staying with our baby so I wasn't convenient to park far away if we couldn't get one closer. Even having some parks saved for a select few rooms would be convenient for some of your higher needs guests. Also don't book people with babies or who requested a quiet room right across from the lodge. I think we were in room 5.. all we heard was the door really loudly being opened and banging closed all night. The restaurant was good but I did notice some changes to the menu that were inconsistent on different platforms.
4.5
The room was a excellent size room, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The location was perfect for why we were there, and had excellent access to the bar, the restaurant and the service was brilliant.
They had a great selection of drinks and food. It was a great stay!!
The rooms aren't noise proof, you can hear everything that is happening around you, next door neighbour rooms, and the hostel where the young travelers stay. Not really ideal for a romantic getaway, if you can hear off of them... they can hear you!!

Nice, tidy and clean little room for my one night stay. 10% off at the restaurant next door too. The first room we were put into had wet carpet and reception was lovely and assisted us to switch rooms right away with apologies

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was easy to find and clean and tidy.
Finding a convenient car park was an issue.

Quick check-in and check-out. Nice place to eat next door. Rooms simple but tidy and clean.
The rooms are a little cold, and parking is somewhat hard to find. The worst issue by far is the noisy people moving around the carpark at all hours.
4.5
nice and clean toilets, beautiful property, tv room and pool table available, fridges in room
kitchen is not big enough for everyone at times

It was cute and cozy. Felt very comfortable quiet and safe

Second night was better.
This is not the fault of the staff but my first night was very uncomfortable.
First, in my shared bunk room I didn't get my assigned bed (lower bunk) because the person took it do to a misunderstanding of the English language. When hand written slip for the assigned bed. F looked like E. It's all good. He was settled in. No need to argue about it.
Second, on my arrival to room it was very warm. Later on trying to settle down in my top bunk. It was very hot and I couldn't sleep, I was sweating profusely. I took my bedding to the common area and then later the TV room to sleep.
The morning of, I have discovered in the room there was a thermostat that was set to 30°c. It wasn't even a cold night. Just ridiculous. I talked to others about it and we adjusted it immediately.
Please take this power away from the guests.

Humorous "keep out"-signs, spacious rooms. Plenty of amenities. Were able to arrange for a taxi without problem, thanks to reception. Comfortable beds.
Restaurant gives discount to hotelguests, but we didn't try it as we were busy elsewhere.
There was quite some dust next to the bed (as in "being able to pick it up and throw it away with one hand"-quantity), and just in general we would have preferred more shelves either in bathroom or room.
