Superb location - next to the Pulteney Bridge. Spacious and clean. Large comfortable bed. Parking on the street.
Parking rules are a bit confusing, could be explained better.
4.4
location was fantastic, parking was free, staff were attentive and helpful and it was easy to check in and out.
it was a great holiday home, no serious complaints, maybe some things need a little TLC but a great base in a great location

Everything in the apartment are well arranged. The location is very close to the city center.
The WIFI in the bedroom doesn't work properly sometimes. But the WIFI in the kitchen works well.

Great apartment in the heart of Bath. Definitely recommend. Pictures of the apartment don't do it justice, it's much more spacious.
4.4
The rooms are comfortable, clean, in a great location.

The apartment was situated very near the town centre and was very handy for cafes and shops. It was spacious and comfortable with a luxury finish in the bathroom.
A finishing touch of complementary toiletries would have made the apartment truly luxurious.
4.4
Neat and clean
Very central
Close to restaurants and shops
Stove was difficult to light up
Could use a microwave very happy with our stay

Excellent location and facilities.
The accommodation was advertised with free parking (one of the reasons we chose it). However after booking our accommodation we were told this was no longer available which was extremely frustrating and an added expense.
Sofa cushions were threadbare on the corners and the settee had stains. Unfortunately this let the accommodation down.
4.4
Great location and very quiet, easy to walk into centre.
Odd toilet/bathroom.
Was a bit tired in places

There were 7 in our family party, 2 couples shared Appt. 5 which had 2 large double bedrooms and a large bathroom. 3 singles in our party shared Appt 1 with 2 superking bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom, a kitchen, dining/living room and access to a garden with garden furniture. Appt.1 was a perfect space for all of us together, especially in the hot weather, which was pushing 30 degrees! I had spoken to Tony who was very helpful in recommending these apartments that would suit our needs, in particular my Mother of 93 was with us. Although Appt, 1 was a ground floor appt, we knew there would be a few stairs, I was happy that these would not be too many for my mum to manage. Elsa, one of the property managers was also very helpful on the phone and I met her on arrival. The beds were very comfortable, the showers, facilities and our needs were well met for the 7 of us. We had 1 car parking permit for each Apartment. There was a technical hitch with the booking system which increased the price of the booking more than agreed. I thank Tony for his honesty and care in sorting this out so we paid the right price. The apartments are in a quite street just off the centre of Bath. We had an excellent stay with Bath Holiday Suites.

well proportioned and likes the quirkiness of the upside down living and access to the courtyard from the living area. excellent, well equipped kitchen. Good shower. very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely white fluffy towels. Great location for the city centre.
very unkempt courtyard, dirty outdoor furniture and cushions.
The outdoor light was only sensor and only stays on for 30 seconds until a movement was made.
The decor is tired. Only one shower between 3 double bedrooms.
wifi very patchy.
The sink plug in the kitchen did not work.
expensive for the quality of the decor and outside space.
Basic hanging rails.

great location in a quiet street in Bath. Everything was there that was needed. Very comfy bed. extremely helpful lady in charge.
I would have liked to have had a blind in the kitchen especially when the light was on in the evening.

The location is brilliant. The bedroom and bed are comfortable. The bathroom is very clean, no problems with hot water. No problems with parking. No problem with internet connection.
The kitchen could be equipped better. There is no dishwasher. There is no washing machine.

I liked the central location in Bath , close to Pultney Bridge. I liked the bedroom and the large comfortable bed and the modern bathroom with heated floor and large shower.
I did not like the scruffy appearance at the street door and entrance hall and staircase. The kitchen looked very tired and was too dark at night. The large wooden lamp shade on the ceiling light just absorbs almost all the light from the large bulb. Under the leather cushions on the sofa there was weeks worth of crumbs and other detritus. The lampshade in the hall is broken/wonky. Parking in the street is a lottery and I had to park a long walk away on two nights.

lovely studio right in the centre of the city, with a big room and bathroom. Amazing deal for a couple
of days, walking to everywhere.
4.4
New modernized bathroom.
Could not control the room heat. It seemed to be on a timer that did not match our time in the room. No instructions were provided on how to adjust the thermostat in the room. It was very irritating.
The door combination provided by email when we made the reservation did not work when we arrived. The email contained the wrong code number. This was a problem that we later found out the owner knew but failed to make the needed change in the emails sent to prospective guests

perfect in every way

Great location close to Bath city center, very nice small studio; very suitable for two, has all necessary equipment, would book it again without hesitation
Bed had two matrasses instead of just a queen size one

The location is perfect - it is 1.5 short blocks from the small stone historic Pulteney Bridge to the heart of the center of Bath town (the Waitress supermarket is 1 short block past the bridge). It is a 2 minute walk to coffee and cake shops, a 5 minute walk to the Waitress supermarket and a 6 minute walk to the Roman baths - also great restaurants, we loved the Raven historic tavern for food and drinks, and Bill's is nice for dinner and so close to everything! It is a 15 minute walk from the train station (and bus station which is next to the train station), we walked with our luggage it was easy. We did NOT need a taxi. Easy to pick up keys and enter.
The temperature (thermostat) was set low at 18 Celsius when we arrived (it was last week of February so cold outside) and the apartment was cold the first night. We were comfy and snug in bed however as it has a Wonderful huge king size bed with lovely warm feather down comforter cover on the bed and lots of pillows - firm pillow and feather down pillows also. The bed is super comfy and warm. But when we got out of bed, we were cold. We called the manager Elsa and she had the temperature increased so it was warm after that in the apartment. Note this unit is 1 flight of stairs up above ground level, so you have to carry your luggage up 1 flight of stairs with no elevator. But it is doable.
