Short stop over to visit Uni
Decor and location were great also fact the host had fans running in the bedrooms for when we arrived. Local parking is good if a short walk away (up hill) but when sunny not an issue. Bath is great although alot more homeless people hanging around than my previous visits.
Requests for parking info was very slow also a mix up regarding a deposit ontop of the credit card payment. I kept getting messages saying your bank needs to approve the deposit and I hadnt involved my bank and for a few minutes thought I'd been scammed. Anyway all sorted in the end via a call but unecessary hassle. Entrance is a bit of challenge with heavy cases and entry location is interesting but flat is great once you are in.

Disappointing, smelly and in need of a good scrub
Confortable beds. Good linen. Central location. Sizeable master bedroom. Ok furniture. Usable kitchen with all appliances needed for a stay. Free parking when many hotels in Bath charge extra.
Dirty, gloomy and uninviting building entrance. Narrow staircase to the apartment, making it difficult to carry suitcases up and down. Strong smell of damp and mold in the common parts; less so in the apartment, but still persistent. During our stay, my throat was uncomfortable and my son developed a mild rash (allergy) on his cheeks. Not very clean: rugs, carpets and sofa with stains; dusty; strong lingering smell (on top of humidity); in need of a proper clean, including the bathroom. What's the point of forcing guests to pay for cleaning if it isn't done properly? The site manager wasn't helpful and couldn't have cared less about my grievances; his standards of cleanliness and customer service are not mine. No option but to stay, because we had paid in full and hotels nearby were full. Otherwise, we would have gone to a hotel on the spot. TV not working properly: some public channels showed scrambled (problem with the installation). Noisy: on a small but busy road, at an intersection; dripping noises woke me up during the night (it was raining; problem with gutters or something else in the building); noisy floors boards (there's only so much original features and authenticity that I can live with). The parking space isn't near the apartment and not assigned (public spaces; only in the street), but in Zone 1 as long as you can find a space, which isn't assured. 10 to 20-minute walk back to the flat depending on where you can park.

Pleasant
It was very central and a comfortable apartment
The information about the parking was misleading and it proved very difficult to get parking nearby, and impossible one evening when there was a rugby match on. When I phoned to get some help, I did not find the staff member very helpful.

Worst place for sleeping! Hosts un communicative
Location was close to city center and walking distance to all amenities. Great for shopping There was hot water. Nice nespresso machine & coffee but no tea
The apartment had one 1 bathroom and it was not comfortable for 6 people sharing. The living room was very small and it was a tight fit The noise at night from the street was unbearable. We slept so badly and I came home exhausted. There are pubs/clubs so close that you could hear shouting all night until early hours of the morning for all the 3 nights we stayed The kitchen is poorly equipped. Not enough glasses. No oven gloves and the pans are rotten and need throwing away and replacing. There was chipped crockery and the extractor hood didn't work. There was no way to control the heating as it was preset. It switched itself off all night and it was FREEZING!! It been marketed as a luxury apartment but nothing about it is luxury except for the price 😢 I tried to contact the owner multiple times but emails bounced back and the number they gave is a landline which doesn't work for WhatsApp. They sent me basic instrcutions only on the day of check-in which is way too late, I wanted it a week before at least. Hosts seem to not care about guests comfort at all, just after the income. Never even contacted us to ask how we were getting on and if we needed any help! Highly do not recommend this apartment unless you are planning on clubbing all night and not sleeping anyway. Really disappointed......

Not luxory, not city views
I liked the decoration and utility of the kitchen.
It has no lift. Small, dangerous and uncomfortable stairs to climb suitcases. It said view of the city... Lie!. Not luxory it is a normal apartment, and a bit small. We were 5 people and only two beds. I was not given additional bedding for the sofa bed.
