Very close to everything we wanted to do. Lovely style, great amenities, good price
Our shower had a part that had been lifted off the floor and was releasing a strong drain odour

Breakfast great choice of selection
Great location to town centre
4.0 / 5.0
Great location - very central. The staff were lovely. Great rooms - big bathroom, big comfy bed, aircon/heat system, very clean.
I saw a few negative reviews about parking - yes there isn’t any parking on site but it’s a hotel in the center of Bath so they can’t really help it! The closest car park was around 7mins away (walking) - paid around £17 for 24hrs parking. It was called ‘Charlotte Street Car Park’.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property - thanks for a great stay! :))

Great location.

Room was lovely especially as we got a free upgrade to a family room.
Thought breakfast could have been better. Good menu on the Saturday morning but a much more limited one on the Sunday. Also quality wasn't great

- Nice room, good pool facilities
- Excellent location
- At this rate, breakfast should have been included
- lack of soundproofing. Loud noises can be heard in room when other people enter/leave their rooms
- x2 sets of toiletries should have been provided for two guests!

Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment
Bottom sheet on the bed was too small, so didn't stay tucked in

How close to the city centre and attractions
It got quite hot in the rooms which meant having air con on frequently which was fairly noisy

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we would definitely stay here again! They provided a gorgeous birthday cake for my husband and the facilities were amazing so it made his birthday very special! The pool, sauna and steam room were never busy as you had to pre-book a slot which made it a very relaxing experience.
Nothing to dislike. Can't wait to stay again.

The location is really good, near the touristic spots and easy to access The Jane Austen Center.
The room was really nice and comfortable, the size is very good.

Excellent room. Dining was great -- breakfast and dinner. Great food and exceptional staff.
A minor glitch with the cooling system.
3.0 / 5.0
I did get a discounted price but unfortunately this was matched with discounted service. I would have been bitterly disappointed had I paid the normal room rate, with the discount it worked out to being acceptable.
The reception staff could have explained the parking process much better. It involved having to download an app in the carpark which could have been better achieved in the hotel, before being sent off to park the car. The map provided by the hotel to find the parking was anything but helpful.

Comfortable room regularly cleaned; tasty and rich breakfast menu, very good location - within walking distance to all the treasures Bath has to offer.
A special mention for the restaurant staff who helped with moderating the aircon which seemed to be stuck on a really low temperature in the evening, during dinner.
Our room had no view! This was a bit off-putting. Luckily, Bath itself more than made up for this shortcoming.
The comfort cooling inside the restaurant, in the evening, was really not comforting at all: much too cold, especially when the temperature outdoors was also low.

The location is perfect to explore Bath everything is within an easy walk and it gives you an opportunity to really see all of Bath. This hotel has very friendly staff and that for me makes a huge difference you feel welcome. Rooms are good value for money and next time I am going to swim.
Some twin rooms are a little small the only down side.

Located at a very convenient location
Breakfast is not good

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom quite luxurious with a bath and a separate shower.
Swimming pool is very clam, with super clean modern changing rooms, it really energised me in the morning!
The check in person was professional and polite and we managed to eat after hours in the bar (dessert).
View from the room was dismal, would have asked to move but we literally needed to change and go to an appointment.
No kippers or Haddock at breakfast, so as an non egg eater it was very disappointing for the price of the breakfasts I would have eaten somewhere else at the train station if I had known when I pre-paid.
