Luxury pampered .

Sam meet me an showed me my room I found him to b a very nice genuine person..the room had the wow factor an Evrey right to b called Luxury, they have thought of everything for a comfortable pampered stay ..spottles..

A home from home

The grounds the property are set on are beautiful, I arrived later than expected and the hosts were so welcoming and friendly, provided me with fresh milk for the fridge. Bonus was having Sky TV in the room and a chair to relax on rather than just laid on the bed like so many other hotels. I thought that the finer details were definitely considered and the Elemis products in the bathroom I.e. shampoo, conditioner and lotion, were a bonus. Amazing breakfast and lots selection on the menu.

Personal preference, the pillows were too firm.

Not what it says on the tin

Room itself was lovely and well equipped. Breakfast looked like it would be good.

Room was misadvertised - photos show the hot tub as part of the deluxe junior suite; however it was two hours after we checked in that we were informed we were unable to use it because we had only booked a one night stay, and it would have been an additional £25 per night (on top of the £180 we were paying for the ‘deluxe’ room - which, without the hot tub, was exactly the same as the room at £125). Owner was out when we arrived despite informing of our arrival time, so we checked in with the brother in law who was unable to offer much assistance. Poor communication, wouldn’t stay again (and didn’t even stay in the first place - we checked out after the owner agreed not to charge us so we could stay elsewhere after feeling very much overcharged and over promised).

Luxury B&B

Beautifully presented and certainly a luxury B&B. Friendly and helpful owners. Large room, large bed and large bathroom with semi private patio and patio doors. Something to nibble along with the tea and coffee would have been nice.

we would recommend that each shower is provided with a non slip floor mat.

Comfy rooms and beautiful setting.

Sam's B&B operation is first class. So nice to open the door in the morning to the pleasant English country side and not a musty hallway or car lot. The breakfast ordering system is efficient, preparation well executed and service excellent.

Fantastic service, excellent food and great night sleep.

The service I received during my stay at Eagle Mill was exceptional, friendly and courteous staff who showed an active interest in ensuring that I had a very nice stay. I slept very well and had a brilliant breakfast in the morning.

I can not think of anything that I did not like whilst staying.

Gorgeous BnB for a romantic night away

Gorgeous room and grounds with private outdoor area and seating, felt very luxurious and idyllic. Delicious breakfast. Easy access to really nice walking trails into St. Ives and Houghton Mill.

the design of the room and the facilities in the room were great. Breakfast was really lovely.

there were loose rose petals left in the bath plug hole and under the bed along with a dirty tissue.
