My stay was relaxing and enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every team member I encountered was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Whether I needed recommendations, assistance with my room, or just a warm greeting, they exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The combination of great service and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and stress-free experience. I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to some of the outstanding staff members who made my stay extra special. Oumaima, Lamia, Hafid, Malika, Zakaria, Majda, Younes, Abdellah and Meriem. were all incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Their professionalism and warmth truly enhanced my experience, and I’m grateful for their efforts.

I really liked how well-maintained and clean the property was.

Parfait

L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Le service était impeccable, le personnel était très attentif à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient d'une propreté irréprochable, et le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec une grande variété de choix. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour confortable et agréable.

Decent hotel for price

Location was great, staff was friendly and the room was big and comfortable!

I wish the breakfast was a little more variety and not the same daily. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the room was great!

Excellent hotel definitely potentially get 4star if It makes a few changes

Staff working for the hotel. Reception Omar, fatimah, Ali both night late night guys. Maryam at restaurant

Swimming in not clean. Misinformation of hotel owning fitness. No such thing. Hotel room Fridges need replacing I believe all the same so warm. But as always reception and kitchen staff amazing wonderful people God bless them. They deserve promotion or pay rise.

Good standard but a bit of French will be good.

The rooms where up to standard. Kept up with the cleanliness.

It was hard because most staff didn’t speak English. But they did try their best to communicate. Unfortunately the lift. Was under maintenance for some time during our stay and we had a scare in the lift when we wee there. The breakfast became quite repetitive with not so many options but it was ok.

Little far out of the action

Fairly clean and well run hotel. Breakfast was good.

Location:: Approximately 2 miles from the Medina. I found it difficult to get a meal in the evening. There's really nothing spectacular at this end of town. It you want the real atmosphere, restaurants and shops of Marrakech, you need to be in the Medina.

💯 Teranga

Everything! The staff is very warm and welcoming. Tasty breakfast and cleaning standards on top! I wish all the hotels had this type of service. At our first night we didn't have hot water but the receptionist came to the room and managed to fix everything for the next day. Splendid costumer service !

The rooms have an annoying door system. When the door is not closed properly, it keeps beeping. Lucky us, we had some neighbours that were not closing the door properly all time, waking us up every early morning. Out of that, everything is amazing at Teranga.

Exceptional

If you're looking for bang for buck - this is it. Very happy with the choice; Breakfast was great, several local food places to try the authentic Moroccan cuisine, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and very helpful (printed our flight tickets and got us a taxi to the airport). Location is ok, if you like walking, you can get around pretty easily on foot, but a taxi to Medina was 5 euros. Would go again myself :)

Good Value for money if you don’t plan on eating using the facilities at the hotel

it was a good location with restaurants and bars close by

The pool was dirty and covered in bird poo, so we couldn’t use it at all. The YouTube didn’t work on the TV, so that was disappointing. I had to get buy breakfast the entire time I was there because they was a lack of options and I didn’t even know what was being served due to lack of signage. On my final day there was ants all over the croissant, which I pointed out to a member of staff, but he didn’t seem bothered and did nothing about it.

Breakfast wasn't the best..food was cold and not really much variety..our children didn't eat much as coming from England they are used to toast and cereal and there wasn't any of this.

The room was clean, very spacious The hotel is in a quiet location and 10 min drive from city centre The receptionists were kind

The breakfast was very poor in quality as well as in quantity The service at the buffet was very poor We had to wait for them to bring plates, spoons, glasses.... Hot water was not available until we called the reception

The location was not bad, because I really didn't want to stay in the Medina and that's why I choose

The check in process was smooth and straightforward

I booked a suite and the bed they have in there looks very much like Queen. But, they claim that's a King size bed. I didn't like the bed.

The A/C was brilliant, and the room was a decent size. Had they provided clean bedding with all 3 rooms this hotel would have got a higher rating. Breakfast was good, they had a few selections available.

I booked 3 rooms and 1 wasn't ready when we got there. Then the room given had dirty pillows and bed linen. The safe was locked and I asked for the key to set my keylock and was told it couldn't be provided till the next morning. So wasn't able to use the safe. We tried the restuarant inside and the food served was cold and not very tasty.
