the stay was good

the room was good size, good shower was good tv was good ,free internet. the person at the counter was friendly and helpful ,location was good,

the bed mattress was horrible the pillows were horrible, would have been better to sleep on the floor,no elevator . this cant be sorted so lunging lugauge up and down the stairs .the room had no information for breakfast or anywhere to go for food,the bathroom with the glass walls , you could still see someone sitting on the toilet or having a shower this needs to be changed.but the only reason i wouldnt stay again is because of the bed , they need to be replaced and have comfort , if ones bed is good then the room is good, we come for comfort,

Very convenient and grandson was very happy with it.

My grandson stayed there & he was very happy with everything. Loved the big room & I liked the great price.

He didn’t complain about anything.

Reasonable hotel

I liked that the premises was very close to shops and that the premises had washing machine and dryer. There was always someone on reception to help out if required. The bed and lounge was comfy. It was good to have a mini kitchenette.

The light in the bathroom was difficult to turn on and a longer shower curtain would have prevented the bathroom from getting too wet. A coffee plunger in the kitchen items would have been nice.

It was convenient to public transport and only for one night.

It was easy to get to the accomodation. Public transport was close by. There was secure undercover parking provided. The room was very large.

The bed was uncomfortable and very hard. There was some road noise. The fan in the bathroom took a long time to turn off. There was no lift if you needed it.

Fine for a night

The bathroom had a fogged glass wall. Could be uncomfortable if you’re not close with the person you’re sharing with. Carpark has height restriction, so I left the wagon on the road, and it ended with my car getting towed but that’s my fault as I was 25min past the towing time restrictions.

Rude, lying reception.

Someone kept trying to come into our room. I read the property policy carefully to make sure we were allowed visitors. The policy said we were with quiet hours from 9pm-10am. The reception told one of our visitors to tell us that we were not allowed guests past 8pm. We were not having a party or being loud. He made up this fake time and rule and didn’t even have the courage to tell us himself. We went downstairs to talk to him and he said it was “the law” even though there is no law against this and I carefully booked a place that specifically allowed visitors to the property.

Loved it, would highly recommend

How easy it was, and how close to public transport it was. Location was quite central, facilities was great and loved the guests parking.

Lift to the carpark would have been nice, as it was 2 flights of stairs to reception wasn't a big deal.

Convince to public transport was great. Bed was very comfy. Owners very welcoming and helpful.

Definitely could do with better cleaning, not sure when under the bed was last cleaned/vacuumed. The bathroom isn’t very private. Didn’t have facecloths

Service from them was excellent helped with bags up and down the stairs along with offer to change rooms for us to floor

The location was perfect great service very helpful and food shops walking distance along with tram across the road

The only factor was all those steps but in long run was offered to change rooms on the floor level once one became available and they don’t need to do that very caring

Convenient to The Boathouse Kew

Traffic noise. Ensuite too close to bed. Also built up slightly on entering. Can easily trip. Were hurried out with a knock on the door 10am sharp.

Price was over $20 cheaper for the night I stayed if you booked last minute . Advise to book on the day.

Awful like going to prison

Location

-Hidden surcharge and charge -Not value for money -Insufficient parking spot and not being able to reserve a spot which translates to no parking if you get in the evening - dark room, musty smelling and the room felt like a prison and very noisy - very uncomfortable bed which was moving on wheels - the bed was not even big enough for two people to sleep - very small bathroom/toilet shower area too close to the bed - in general it was so bad that I ended up staying with relatives

Nice stay

Friendly staff (Ivan was lovely), comfy bed, a kitchenette, good location right near trams and buses for travel into the city. Lots of eateries and other shops and supermarkets close by. Nice hot water in the shower. I had no real complaints.

Bathroom placement was a bit awkward. The toilet was only a metre from the bed, only separated by a glass wall. Some soundproofing would be good as I could hear my neighbours uh... nocturnal activities... late into the night. Take some earplugs!

Good service.

Excellent value for money at this location, it had convenient and secure parking, room was equipped with a small kitchen which was clean and tidy, and had comfortable mattress. That's all I need.

good value overall but unfortunate circumstances

good location, easy to check in, seemed clean and tidy

I returned home with only 1 night away at MVV with a case of bed bugs! I know this can happen anywhere but it has never happened to me before. And I travel regularly for work. I did inform management who seemed a little uncertain with what to do. Room 704 needs to be fumigated and all other rooms in the motel checked so that no other traveller has to experience the discomfort that I am still experiencing a week later!

First stay was much more comfortable in a better room but most recent one the room dark uninviting.

Conveniently located to access Caritas Christi

Hardly anyone found at reception to ask for towels etc or help. A faulty lock beeped intermittently all night one night. We got no sleep and wasted next day. Lighting was harsh and some of the power points didn’t work.
