Staff was very kind
Hot springs could be a little cleaner

the bed is comfortable
the bed size is larger than the mattress size, causing easy kicking of foot. there is no make up of room even no clean up of trash for consecutive 2 night stay.
the public bath is old

Loved the view, the room, the public baths, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast we had in japan. The location was really nice ans confidently located to the town and to the ski resort.
Really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints.

Reception where so helpful, beautiful and clean rooms with the most amazing view. The rooms where the biggest Ive ever had in Japan! Even though you're not directly on the slopes it did not inconvenience us in any way, everything in Nozawa is so close. Would stay here again!

they hava a good view
bath was out of order, we had to take freezing cold shower in this winter wonderland for 3 days.
not very neat, I’m allergic to house dust and I got allergic symptoms while my staying.
staffs called to ask about breakfast in the morning and that calls made is wake up.
staffs need to have a system sharing customer’s request, so customers do not need to say the same thing over and over.

The traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing! The location was great and walking distance to many restaurants. We also had a rental car, and appreciate the parking. The Japanese style room was large enough for 5 people. We really enjoyed the Japanese baths too!
After check in, the front desk frequently didn't have a person available to ask questions and since many restaurants were closed it would have been helpful.

Great location. The receptionist there is helpful and friendly.
A bit noisy if you get a room on the street.

The view from the room was incredible! The hotel’s onsen was large, with its own excellent view- fantastic after a long day on the mountain. The breakfast set was also so wonderful, and the staff was accommodating.

Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. (Special thanks to Lena!) Good location, only 5 minutes walk from Nozawa Chuo bus terminal, about 10 mintues walk to the Yu-road. I was in a 2nd floor room, lots of space for ski gear and even a coffee maker.

Nice hotel with bigger rooms than usual in Japan, staff was very helpful. The hotel lives up to its name, you have a great view over Nozawa Onsen from the upper floors. Be aware it’s a bit of a walk to the ski slopes. The breakfast was good, but it’s a Japanese set. Your western options are limited to some cereals, so you better like some fish in the morning. I’d stay again.
