Location
The room was very hot this time, no a/c. Also there were no croissants at breakfast which was strange as it was not busy and we were not late! Not great if you did not want full English.
4.1
Room and nice views.
bathroom was dated compared to rest of room

The car parking and easy access from the motorway. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was great đź‘Ť
Leaking staircase. Terrible load noises at 2 am on a Sunday afternoon. Very poor choice of drinks at the bar. Also no option to eat dinner on site in the evening

We received a really friendly welcome on arrival, the staff at reception were enthusiastic and keen to be helpful. They shared some knowledge of the area and clearly took pride in their hotel. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Spokes cafe is nice for breakfast with a good selection of cooked breakfast items, drinks, fruit, toast, cereal, etc.
The shower in the room is fitted oddly, it's simply too low and doesn't spray water far enough such that it's quite awkward to actually get underneath it (for a 5ft 11 man). I had to hold the shower head to wash my hair! The doors on the rooms need better closers to help them shut more quietly, they basically slam hard and very loud. I think we were fortunate the hotel wasn't that busy as I wonder if this would be a problem; when someone arrives/leaves a room everyone in the building knows about it.

It had a spacious room with a smart TV and the outside garden

The location was so nice staff were amazing.bed was so comfy.
The spoons and the cup which were in the bedroom were unclean. But to be honest, the hotel deserves 4 stars. Because ne and my husband loved the space, the staff and the comfortable bed

The staff were great and the location is fantastic. Parking is always so stress free. I also loved all the wildlife in the pond. The viewing areas are so nice. I also like the filtered water fountain in the lobby. During the day we could keep the room's courtyard door open and the room had a wonderful breeze.
It was warm and the only opening to the room was a huge door leading to an open courtyard with other rooms (no windows). At night, we did not feel secure leaving the door open to get a fresh breeze . There was a fan but it was a bit noisy. We didnt use it until 2am or we would have reported it to the front desk. I know had we found it earlier they would have replaced it immediately.

No much
I stay at The Orchard and The Jubilee is decidedly less pleasing all round.
I paid for a suite expecting something special but ended up feeling like I'd arrived in a student halls of residence.

Although we specifically asked for a family room with multiple beds (2 adults and a toddler), we were given a room with only one double bed. There was a very uncomfortable sofa bed, which could not be used for our kid.

the staff are so friendly. they go above and beyond to make your stay great
absolutely nothing. I’m usually quite hard to please. but on this occasion the jubilee ticked every box

Great location for University. Great room. Large and comfy. Breakfast excellent.
Nothing - all great.

Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast - Great choices - Good location to see daughter at University - nice surroundings. Plenty of parking spaces.
Staff member at breakfast -- needs better customer service --Interrupted our breakfast by just appearing at the table - didn't say anything and started checking sugar bowl etc. and then walked away again, without saying anything.

The staff at the front desk and the bar were very nice. The location is good. They serve late night meals which is a plus if you get in quite late. There are plenty of vending machines which is also a plus.
I struggled to find parking upon arrival. I then realised there was some sort of conference taking place. Having separate parking for guests and for non-guests would have been ideal.
