Disgraceful stay, avoid at all costs. Major safety concerns and filthy place.
Major safety issues with broken outside security doors, windows on ground floor with no locks and can be open from outside. As 2 women raised concern with Hazel from management and washed their hands of any responsibility. Filthy dirty apartment, torn curtains, cushions, fabrics, mould in bathroom.

The apartment which was advertise on booking.com was not the one that I stayed in. Nowhere near as nice as pictures.
Unclean, a tablet (medicine) was lying on the floor next to tv. Very unclean utensil on side. Vegetable tray on counter unclean. Cutlery drawer unclean. Just pretty rank really. No nice fresh smelling air. Just really didn't feel clean. The hallway leading up to front door, was pitch black no lighting. Had to use light on phone to see where I was going. Reported the issue, it was not fixed.

Comfortable beds and good location for exploring the city.
Very noisy student area with people shouting outside until the early hours.
On arrival, there was no toilet paper or batteries in the TV remote. Surely these are basics.
Dirty marks all over the walls from previous occupants and a few sign of neglect/misuse with odd things being broken.
Could be a beautiful flat with a bit of TLC

the look and feel. the location easy walk to Nottingham town - restaurants and supermarket near by.
there was a dish washer but it was not working and I had not been warned so a nuisance to have to take out all the items and wash and make sure we left by 10 am

Spacious. Property style.
Nightmare on arrival because the lock box - which is in a not very nice spot on the main road between two shops -didn't ope. When we called the support line, we were told to hit it hard and it should open. We hurt our hands trying but to no avail. We called again and were told to hit it harder "at the bottom of the box". Again, no luck. We were told "maintenance" would be sent to help us, but in total ended up waiting 1.5hrs in the freezing cold (as we couldn't park nearby and couldn't leave the box in case someone arrived to help). About half an hour after we eventually got the keys, I walked past the lockbox again and the maintenance guy was still hitting the box with a screwdriver trying to open it. From what the girl on the support line said, this had clearly happened before, so why on earth don't they find another system for key handover? Totally unacceptable. We were on a tight timeframe with our plans that day and the 1.5 hrs lost meant we had to cancel our pre-show dinner plans. I asked for someone in management at the company to give me a call to resolve the situation - they called 3 days later! The flat itself was comfortable but it was not in a great area and it doesn't say in the details that it adjoins a student block. Shower was a very basic over-bath type which was very difficult to get consistent water temperature from. Lastly, the boxing was missing under the boiler (housed on the wall in the dining area), exposing all the pipework and gas tap etc - not very safe if someone was staying here with children. TV remote needs changing as it was useless - could be a battery issue but we think it was just old. Mattresses very soft.

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks, and we didn't want to leave! It's a beautifully decorated flat - stylish, contemporary, homely and everything you need for a long term stay. The bathroom is large and has a great rain shower. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Due to the large windows the lighting in the flat is fantastic, even on the dullest of days. I was working during my stay and I could do this with ease due to the desk space in a bedroom and a large table in the front room. I'd definitely recommend a stay here!
