I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Nothing the whole house was a mess , everything was broked , we sleeps with the main door open beause the loker was broked !!VERY COLD I HAD TO BUY A HEATER BY MYSELF! The window from the livingroom was keepd loked with a fork! Hot water no more than 5 minutes . available
I didn t like the way how they was treating the whole situation ! When i send them pictures and videos with the door they did nothing , and after they found an excuse to don t give us the 150£ deposit back( i think thst they wanted to fix the door with my money)

Mostly everything was very bad, parking uncomfortable, bad smell, a lot of things are broken, water leaking, matresses dirty with bed bugs and insects. We run away as emergency....

The location is good as there is a bus station nearby and a coop shop for groceries
The property was not clean and we had to ask several times for a fix to an electric heater that fall out of the wall. The smell of the entrance is always stinky because tons of rubbish that are collected downstairs. When we complained via telephone we were asked to send a written email (the lady on the phone seemed unauthorised to take any action though willing to help). There was only one pot and we asked several times for one more but in vain.

There is garbage across the entire entrance. It is extremely dirty, smells and is full of flies. The hosts are extremely rude and made an error with our booking. We were kicked out before our time to leave because they had double booked another guest to the same apartment.

The agency that runs the property has a lot to do to improve customer service:
1: Bedsheets in one room were stained. Notified on arrival but replacement provided the day after.
2: The apartment key got stuck on our arrival and broke while trying to open the door. Notified the agency that took two hours to get back with message that we had to pay for the locksmith costs. After approaching Booking customer service, the landlord showed up with tools to break the front door. We were left outside until 11pm with two young daughters of 6 and 11 y.o. Eventually the landlord acknowledged the door lock was stuck hence no incremental costs for us, but we were left with a horrible impression of the customer service received.

Not as advertised. No dishwasher, no kettle. Fridge was broken. No towels on arrival. The staff we’re absolutely horrific to deal with, they checked me out of the property after promising to sort the issues only for someone else to turn up to stay whilst we were there and had the cheek to ask me why I was still in the premises. Emailed to confirm a full refund had been granted only to give me £60 back.

Toilet needs tarted up very basic needs painted and a right good clean and the extract fan never worked so mold on the roof.
Binbags everywhere at the entrance to the property.
Shower head was too heavy for bracket so went everywhere or had to hold it.
The £150 deposit I gave them can take up too 2weeks too get back it only took 2min to get it wouldn't release the keys without it not what you want too here after a 7hr drive the full experience was 3 out of 10 and that's just the beds

The customer service desk was able to come up with a quick solution as there was a problem with the property being extremely dirty and in a bad uncleaned state.
Poor management, no one bothered cleaning the rooms before we came. Rang multiple times until a solution was found. I was with kids and family so quite inconvenient. The lack of courtesy was that they asked me to pay more or move back to the original property. Bad experience overall, not booking again with Payman.

I booked this place for a group of 5 friends workers. The ad says it can contain 6 people but it’s already enough for 4 really. The location is quite dodgy: at the back of a small Indian groceries store, and it was nice to see on the Payman sign written: Escort welcome. Gives you an idea of the kind of customers … Then the inside well … the table is broken, the bathrooms didn’t look very clean and was stinking of mold, the beds not comfortable … and above all it is a very small apartment for 5 people. I didn’t got any information about the keys collection or anything before the arrival date. I had to call on the moment and receive the indications. For the departure, I called to know if my people could have stayed an hour more due to flight delayed, they told me I had to pay extra, but when I called again 5min after they told me the people had to leave cause there was an early check-in … strange. Anyway, it was overall not a very good experience. I was feeling sorry for the workers to have stayed in this place. I truly not recommend it, you can find better places in better locations in Cambridge.

I like the air conditioning and the satelite TV. Sheets were clean. Toilet and shower was clean though no toilet roll. There was ironing board and iron, extra pillows were handy for my bad back.
The living room window cannot be open, Smelly bins and dirty stairs welcoming you on the entrance. Hard to get space on the street parking. Cooking hobs does not come on early enough in the morning for an early breakfast. Seating in the living room not enough for guest of 4. Broken window blinds.

The internal furnitures were rather limiting for lounge comfort. No table and chairs to sit down to enjoy breakfast.

The bed was nice and the inside of the house was clean. There is a good breakfast place just around the corner.
The blinds in the rooms are laughably poor, they block almost zero light. It doesn't help that there is a huge lamp outside that we can't turn off that shines right into the window. We ended up throwing a towel over it just to block a little more light, but when morning comes the room is bathed in light anyway.
The hot water in the shower runs out after a while which is a bit of a shame, but I guess that can't really be helped.

We have sent pictures and emails - didn't use the appartment because we had to fight our way through the rubbish to get to it and the smell terrible.
