Coming home to Kyoto :)

We have already been at the Solaria in 2017. Great location 👌 helpful 👍 Staff. Close to public transportation, walking distance to major attractions, shopping and eating

整體住宿體驗不錯，唯獨刷退的後續結果令人不滿意。

位置在鴨川旁走到附近餐廳也不算太遠整體地點算方便飯店內最棒的是每層樓都有吸菸室(大概吧) 有浴場可以放鬆很舒服早餐還不錯中規中矩吧 The location is next to the Kamogawa River. It's not too far to walk to nearby restaurants. The overall location is convenient. The best thing about the hotel is that there are smoking rooms on each floor (probably). There are baths to relax in. It's very comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good. It's quite satisfactory.

1. 停車空間有限旁邊配合的停車場收費很貴 2. 飯店刷錯住房金額差額1元日幣請我們協助刷退重新再刷回台灣卻因匯率與手續費被多收錢因為你們的疏失造成我們更多的負擔令人不舒服 1. Parking space is limited and the nearby parking lot is very expensive. 2. The hotel charged the wrong room amount. The difference was 1 yen. We agreed to cooperate and re-swipe the card. However, when we returned to Taiwan, we were overcharged due to the exchange rate and handling fees. Because of your negligence, it caused us more burden, which is uncomfortable.

トリプルルームのリバービューでしたが、目の前の鴨川をぼんやり眺められて良かったです。

アメニティがもう少し充実したら、もっと嬉しいです。必要な物をフロント横から持っていくシステムですが、無駄が無くて良いです。女性用にヘアゴムあるといいかな。

Quality place

Great location, right outside of station exit. Hotel looks very nice and aesthetic. Rooms are nicely designed. It is also located right on the river which is really beautiful. Comfortable staff

Great stay in Kyoto

Hotel is located next to the river, close to many restaurants and bars. In the summer there are many terraces on the river banks, which is next to the hotel. There is a subway station across the river, about 200m from the hotel Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable The public bath is beautiful. The hotel was pretty full, but in the public bath it was never crowded. There is an inside and outside bath You can pick up amenities next to the front desk, ideal. You get what you need. Breakfast was great, huge western and asian selection that changes each day. Enough variety. Staff in the restaurant is really friendly and attentive

On the whole a good experience.

Nice room with good facilities. Bathroom outlook gave it a nice outdoorsy feel. Nice to have the onsen bathing facility. Good breakfast choice.

The room was a little on the small side as we had a couple of large suitcases. Disappointed that the hotel was unable to accommodate a person unable to use the lifts. They insisted that the stairs could not be used. I don’t believe that can be the case. All other hotels on our trip were able to accommodate.

A very comfortable hotel with an excellent location.

Excellent location since it is located next to the river and inbetween the Old city and the downtown area. Rooms were of a high standard and spacious. Breakfast was very good with many choices.

The strict check out time. We had to pay for an extra 2 hour stay.

Overall the hotel is recommended.

Hotel facilities are good and well maintained, location is convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room beside the Main Street are little bit noisy and the summer bugs sings loudly in the morning, too noisy.

Air conditioning was not great, after they checked, the air conditioning was still not working. The corridor was even cooler than the room.

Location was excellent. Near the subway station which made travelling convenient. There are lots of food options available around the area too. And we love how spacious the room (and bed) was.

It’s a small issue, but our room was facing the walk way and main road, which made it seem like our privacy was compromised.

Exceptional

Mattress was comfy, modern, stylish and very clean bathroom (the bathtub was amazing), onsen was very nice, good location, lovely river view.

Minor flaw - housekeeping every other day, but can be requested on the day which is not a housekeeping day. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel in a good location

Nice hotel, great location. We accidently booked the room with two single beds so dont make that mistake if your a couple! Great bath and nice buffet breakfast.
