The apartment is nice but there were odd things that needed fixing. Light in bedroom. Faulty socket in bedroom. Dirty fa

The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and very well equipped as per description.

The TV. We couldn’t get it to work at all. The instructions left made it look simple. It wasn’t at all. It looked like a member of the management team did come in while we were out to try and fix our problem but that didn’t rectify it either.

Poor Management and Maintenance. No care.

Location was good and close to everything, Free slow WiFi UK TV. Thats all really. Nothing else good.

Upon arrival at 10pm the code given for the main door ** was wrong. Tried calling the property manager but no answer/response. Wasn't even just a digit out. Upon asking another guest if they had a code It was ****. Then once in I had to literally walk all around the complex to find the apartment as there was no information or map as to where it was. Apartment eventually found and it was not up to standard. Cockroaches everywhere , old tatty furniture, loose sockets, old broken and threadbare blinds, curtains too small for doors, dirty chipped unmatched crockery and cutlery, cupboards looked like a junk shop, poor excuse for an ironing board, no water pressure so really slow shower, no plug for sink, thinnest towels you'll ever find, dirty old fan, rusty leaking shower hose & fitting. So now after one week it's my last day. Still no contact from management to ask why I'd phoned so many times on check in? But at least the cleaner has arrived 2 hours early. You must leave now! Don't think so. Come back at 12 as my booking says.

badly needs updating tried to get a late check out but had no feedback from the owner

location was fantastic

floors were filthy we had to go and buy a mop, Television was advertised as sky tv but wouldn’t work as it was constantly buffering making it completely useless, lights hanging down showing the wires plugs not working generally just needs updating

excellent location and good size property just needs a bit of modernising Lola’s cafe was lovely and Lola was very friendly hosts were very kind

needs some talc we were there for 3 weeks and there were no spare towels or change of sheets but there was a washer

Very good

Good kitchen where you have almost anything you need. Responsive and pleasant owner, who doesn't speak English good, but we were able to understand each other 😁 Owner left lot of different things in apartment - sun umbrellas, card games, snorkel etc, so you don't need to buy such things and save money. Great pool, was cleaned everyday. Great location near city center, but surprisingly quiet.

Great location

Everything, appartment was spacious, everything you could need for your stay. Very close to everywhere.

The facilities when checking out were bad as there was only a dusty dirty store room and terrible toilets

Perfect location and spacious rooms

The Balcony is large with two tables in full sun from ten ish until six ish. The rooms are spacious, the location is very close to the Beach bars and restaurants and shops. The place is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower is big and walk in.

The beds are quite hard. The pool in the complex is unheated.
