perfect for a short weekend break. an excellent base.

Good parking, convenient for motorway and city centre provided you have a car. shower was nice, plenty of shampoo etc, storage was good and tv worked well… it was nice to eat breakfast outside

Superb

Owner was kind and went beyond strict requirements to make me very comfortable. I particularly valued all the local information provided and managed to find good place to eat within walking distance.

Not very much space to put my own things down in bathroom.

Small, quiet, clean and warm suite. It suited us for our short stay.

In a good location for our reason for being in Bristol. Clean tidy and the host easily contactable to answer questions.

What a restful and comfortable place to work, and as a base locally!

The bedroom is beautiful and so is the bathroom, I love the little kitchen area which has everything I need, especially with the bigger kitchen down the hall. The living room is very comfortable with the table I could work on or eat it. Alison’s hospitality was fantastic, leaving me to myself except to welcome and offer housekeeping services. I’ll be back!

exceptionally clean and tidy, everything you could ask for was there. Communication with the hoast was excellent! We will certainly be back!

Outstanding accommodation

I stayed here when visiting my cousin in nearby Chipping Sodbury, there's a direct bus that goes from Bristol to there, via here so the location was perfect for me. The accommodation is part of a bungalow on a quiet road & is wonderful. It is bright & clean with plenty of space inside. The owner, Allison, has thought of everything even things you didn't realise you might need while away. A generous supply of drinks sachets & snacks is provided in the little kitchenette, that contains a microwave & kettle, with a cooker in the shared kitchen if needing bigger meals. The bed is very comfortable, plenty of space for hanging clothes & drawer space. Great easy to use shower. I liked the sensor lights in the porch & hallway which made it easy to be able to see the keyholes when coming in at night! and the one in the kitchenette was useful at night as well. There's a couple of small grocery stores within a short walking distance, & bus stops a 5 minute walk away. I loved it here, the owner is very nice, friendly & helpful & the accommodation is great, so I will be booking to stay here every time I visit the area in the future.

Perfect for a short stay near Bristol. .

Allison was great and communication was excellent. The location was perfect for our needs but it maybe a little far out from the city centre for some. The unit was extremely clean and tidy with everything that you’d need for a short trip away. Everything’s on one level once inside - only one external step to navigate.

The sofa and some of the doors were squeaky! Other than that, it was perfect.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Spacious one bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed. Ample supplies of tea, coffee and milk.( We self catered for breakfast). The kitchenette ( just a microwave and crockery cupboards) was cramped but there was a kitchen with a cooker shared with the other apartment.

Only very minor quibble is that the lighting in the sitting room is very harsh.

Friendly and helpful hostess. Ideally placed for sightseeing in the area.

A lot of thought has gone into providing good facilities in a small space. The rooms were VERY clean. The kitchen area was very well set out. The small courtyard was ideal. Parking outside the suite . The situation suited us for visiting friends. Local rail service from Yate into Bristol and good bus service close by.

The main sitting area was compact. The shared kitchen was a surprise, but good hygiene and covid precautions taken. The main railway close by was also a surprise - because of my lack of research!

Lovely self-contained little flat

The property was clean, secure, spacious and well located for me when visiting during the pandemic. The facilities were good and the owner was helpful and respectful of social distancing.

Locking and unlocking the front door was a bit tricky, but became easier with practice. I was reluctant to use the bigger kitchen space, due to Covid, but it would have made prepping food and washing up much easier. I chose to mainly eat cold meals and wash up in the bathroom. The location won’t work for everyone, but was perfect due to family living nearby. There is easy access to Bristol, Yate, Chipping Sodbury and lovely countryside.

Five star bed and breakfast! Great value for money!

The best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at in Bristol. It was spotless, finished to a high standard and had an extremely comfortable bed. The bedroom was separate from the lounge area which had a settee and table and chairs for meals as well as cable TV. There was a separate kitchen with fridge, with various teas, coffee, chocolate, biscuits and milk. The bathroom was a good size and included a shower and toiletries. Communication with Alison our host host was easy and always had a quick response. Magnolia has set the standard and we will certainly stay again when we visit family in Bristol! Highly recommended!

It was a lovely quite location a separate room bathroom on suite and a small room if I had family more than adequate .I just needed a bed for the night near where I was beginning my assignment.A lovely lounge with TV and WiFi .all amenities lovely host.Thanks it was great
