Breakfast was really awesome!! it was gluten free, dairy free, really brilliant !!

I would have liked more eggs, for breakfast, it was a touch on the small side...

the room was a great room with a bath and shower, lots of storage bedside draws a big set of draws and a hanging rail for clothes with storage at the bottom where the big suitcase just fit perfectly. there is all though a door the takes you to the outside private back part with benches.

the new mattress is too soft but you can not please everyone

Quiet, quaint and just the job for a one-night stay in Keynsham.

I shared a room with my brother and attended a private function off-site. The room was a little small but very clean and suitably comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the catering staff very welcoming. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The cost of the room was a little expensive for it's relatively small size, but breakfast was included in the price and that made up for any shortcomings. The receptionist could have been a little more enthusiastic on welcoming us.

Good evening meal and bar area comfortable plus car parking facilities.

Lots of things did not work in room (1) Bedside Lamp Curtains did not draw properly Shower was pathetic. No seats in room. Noise from Function Room across corridor. The most pathetic Breakfast l have ever experience in a British Hotel ! Pigeon Eggs,1 rasher of bacon, small sausage filled with sawdust and dining room was cold (9am).

Very simple but clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Bathroom! It was clean but impossible to take a proper shower because of very low water pressure. Please change the sink taps because it is very inconvenient to wash your face if you have to keep the faucet button pressed.

The staff were lovely, the position was brilliant for both Bath and Bristol.

We had a room by the main road, and it was a busy, noisy road.

Expensive guest house needs updating in bathrooms car park filled quick it's also a restaurant

Could get to out venue heating in room very good check-in with staff very friendly bedding clean

Bathroom needs updating difficulties in running taps on sink without keeping your hand pushing down on them tiled floor all cracks around stepping out of shower area bedroom door making noise when people are moving about or of building main door etc expensive for what it is stayed in many others for less and a lot better we were in room 23 no telephone in room and brother in room 21 his shower area very small for him to use not for us again

Perfectly nice stay other than the dirty glass.

Breakfast was good.

Only one complaint, one of the glasses 👓 n the bathroom was not clean. It looked like it had toothpaste residue on it from someone rinsing their mouth after brushing their teeth. Eew!

Great place to stay to visit the surrounding area. Friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast.

We had a very pleasant 4 nights stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was varied and great. The location was central for some travelling around we did and there were restaurants locally. There was always somewhere to park and a bar area for daytime working when needed.

Excellent breakfast, well presented. A treat to have tea served at the table in a teapot! Good location for ease of access by bus to Bath.

Fantastic stay, great parking and breakfast

Very happy with this stay, easy check in, great breakfast to order and lovely staff with great parking right out the front. Only downside is there are a lot of stairs, but that's the same in nearly every property in UK so no problem there Thankyou very much we had a great stay
