Used before but prefer the upper floors
The fan in the shower room was not connected to the light switch but was ruining 24 hours a day and th room became cold over night

I like the spacing of the flat, beautiful views. close to shops had all the essentials for a flat, just need more kitchen roll.
kitchen wear forks and spoons were dirty and beddings like sheets weren't clean but overall good experience , i would suggest a floor mat for the bathroom as it can get wet and slippery

Really nice space, well furnished and finished
Only downside was the roof was very creaky in the wind! (We were on the top floor). Wasn’t a big problem for us

Modern apartment
Forth floor and no lift. I felt cheated.

The location was perfect for us - near to family, close to station and good range of shops and eating places nearby. The facilities in the apartment were good. The fitments in the kitchen and bathroom were good quality. Excellent city view from the windows with the bonus of having the balloons coming over for 45 mins on the day we were leaving.
Had good response from telephone calls and messages to the agency. They seemed to welcome feedback and hopefully will put right some of the niggly issues.
Despite the niggles we will probably be back.
It could have been cleaner. Stains on the rug, carpet and sofa bed were obvious to us as soon as we walked in so should have been obvious to the property manager. Missing knife and glass also obvious. The table top was chipped and marked - and so looked dirty. We had some issues with the keysafe but eventually worked out the way it had to be held to work.
The indication that it would take 2 minutes to reserve was way out! It took 1.5 hrs with having to set up a deposit and ask for parking and then pay when confirmation received - and then having to ring as code for carpark not sent.
On the last evening we also discovered that someone had been smoking in the apartment. We suspected a smokey smell but then discovered cigarette ends outside the windows. Should have been identified.

Flat 3 was good , clean with all what we need to stay
Flat 5 was not clean, missing Lenin washing machine soap , kitchen not ideal broken oven , noisy neighbours with weed smells most of the time , hardly responding for messages and complains

We did not receive code to enter location car park and we left by 10am but my credit card has been charged for £20 parking and £30 late check-out fee.

Clean, clean bedding and towels. Comfortable bed. Close to the train station
The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need for one night.
But our impression was spoiled even before checking in. There was no communication with the apartment. I received many emails about how to enter the house and how to clean the apartment afterwards. Although we paid for the cleaning. But there was no message about the code to the safe with the keys to the apartment. We couldn't move in and waited outside the door for hours until someone helped us through a booking service.

Very comfortable and value for money, Am sure I will use this apartment over and over again.
I love everything about the apartment except for the mob that is not provided for the bathroom

Bathroom
1-Stains on the carpet and sofa god knows of what.
2- Single bed was VERY small and not so comfortable.
3- there was rubbish as we entered the building right outside of our apartment.
4-Not worth the price.

The area was quiet with easy access to city centre. The furniture was mostly comfortable and security was good (2 pin coded entries).
The whole place needs a refresh. On arrival, all cutlery was dirty and most of the soft furnishings were stained and dirty. There were no forks and considering I was staying for 3 weeks, the necessities such as toilet roll and dishwasher tablets were minimal. The walls and furniture were covered in marks and scratches. There was one small coffee table that had a wobbly/unsecured leg that fell off when lifted. The top of the oven had been smashed by the previous tenant and pieces of loose glass were just left loose on the top, rendering the hobs unusable. The staff were nice enough but took too long to respond once I was in the flat. On arrival, the key was not left for me and I had to wait for the cleaner to bring it back. The front door did not shield much noise from the hallways and could be noisy should other building tenants be returning late. The lights for the hallway are automatic but when people are using the stairs, all lights on the floor come on. This wouldn't be an issue except the front doors have a glass panel so the flat was lit up in the middle of the night.

the box keys didn't work well, i lost 10 minutes when i leave the flat and finaly i let the keys inside the door of my flat

Apartments were clean and bright and nice for a short stay. Main bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Nearby, on the road parking available if you get there in good time.
Booked 5 apartments and requested twin beds. Only got twins in 1 apartment. Also requested the sofa beds set up in all 5 apartments, none were set up on arrival. There was also no bed linen to do it ourselves, so not hygienic and less than ideal sleep for some guests who ended up under a blanket.
One apartment had a key missing, and the management company didn't answer the phone or call back despite leaving a message. I eventually got through to maintenance, who let us use the master key. Following my stay, the management company kept asking where the key was. Communication was terrible, and if you have an issue whilst staying, they don't answer the phone, so how would we have got in if maintenance hadn't answered?!
The location was close enough to the city centre with a taxi, but the area itself was a bit rough, lots of graffiti and generally quite run down. Parking is available through gates, but they charge extra, and the price changes as you go.
Apartments were fine, but due to these issues, I wouldn't stay again. Zero communication between departments and general lack of customer service made some aspects of the stay more stressful than they should be.

Very clean and comfortable bed and spacious
No grab rails in bath/shower. Very unsafe having a shower. All chairs were damaged and unable to use. Very hot and the fan was ineffective.
3.8
the property was nice and modern the kitchen was very well equipped
the property wasn’t clean had a bad smell in all rooms the bed wasn’t clean and the sofa and floors had lots of stains and sticky. the fan was also not working either
3.8
it was clean
it looked much bigger in the pictures, the sofa bed felt like sleeping on a rock, the left no where for us to leave our bags, we had to check in at 3pm but I had to be somewhere at 11am so my bags where left somewhere, (easily could of been stolen.

Key lock pad was broken

Nice property. An lovely host
The location. Some of the other guests in the building were questionable

Despite the issues we experienced with the key code and the lack of some basics in the flat I would stay here again. Firstly the good:
Excellent location. The flat is in Easton which was easy to get to from city centre by bus or a short Uber ride. We found several fantastic restaurants (Msala Library and Thali) a short walk from the property so we had dinner locally both nights we stayed. And a had a fantastic brunch on Sunday at The Garden of Easton.
The proprty was clean, spacious and comfortable and I thought excellent value ofr money between 3 adults. The bedroom was set up as a twin plus the sofa bed so we had lots of space.
Kitchen had coffee, sugar & tea bags
We did the self guided Banksy tour starting in Easton and ending in the city centre. An excellent way to see lots of Bristol.
You need a key code to enter the gate to the property, It does not work. Since we arrived after 5pm we coud not get in touch with anyone to help us. We were stuck out on the street for a while. Luckily another resident was leaving so we could get in. After talking to several other residents it seems that everyone used the car gate instead. One of them told us that code. Since we were not driving we had not been given that code. This really needs to be fixed as a matter of urgency.
The flat needs a bit of TLC. Just a few monir things would make it so much better:
- Some hooks for hanging coats and bags. Just a few on the back of each door woud be great.
-The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels (one narrow radiator) and nowhere to put toiletries.
- There was a mirror on the wall in the living room which is all cracked. If you aren't going to replace then at least just remove it
- There was one small 3 legged coffee table but on leg was missing so nowhere to put your tea/coffee/drink when sitting in the sofa
- The dining table has only 3 chairs and one of those is on its last legs.
- One wall in the living room really needs repaining
These things are all minor that would not take much effort to rectify and like I said I woud use this property again because of price and location
3.8
No unnecessary looting or unnecessary post check out deductions on small issues, good availability and fast response from the Hopewell team, overall satisfactory.
Based on the location, prices should be cheaper.
3.8
nothing
the staff are way to invasive I received 9 emails before my stay and 3 phone calls it’s very concerning and there are far too many rules and little compromise and good customer service it’s more of a dictatorship. the place also doesn’t let you stay without paying a deposit. terrible company

We rented an apartment for 4 people, however, it was prepared only for 2 people. There were no clean bedding and towel for 2 people. We contacted the property several times, every time we call, they kept saying they are sending someone, and the second day, they just ignored our messages. We didn't get any help until the end of our stay.
3.8
good location and good value for money
not enough cutlery, bed linen or towels. requested more pillowcases and towels but they didn’t arrive. was given wrong code for parking so couldn’t get in to the property for a while!
3.8
the location was good of this property
it wasn’t very clean, it was very noisy you could hear everything from others around you (speaking/doors banging). Also the bathroom shower pressure was really bad and the water was only warm it wouldn’t get hot.
